The lore behind Law’s devil fruit being able to grant a person immortality is definitely ominous. Since it’s regarded by many in the One Piece world as the “Ultimate Devil Fruit” because of that ability, that implies that the immortal surgery must’ve been used before for people to even know about it. Since we don’t know how long Devil Fruits have been around there could possibly be a multitude of immortal people walking around in the One Piece world.

Fujitora's ability couldn't break through it, so Zoro definitely couldn't. Though i do agree, the strength of Doffys strings is pretty ridiculously overpowered
