Like I said Howzer is a quality dude, while he comes off as a muscle head, he's a really likable person, especially when compared to the other holy knights.

I wasn't sure when I watched initially about introducing the sins this fast, it felt like they were rushing it a bit, like a new sin joins in every other episode^^

...Damn. As someone who's read through the manga, I hadn't realized they alluded to something from season 3/4 in this episode. That's some nice foreshadowing. I'd never connected the two before now.

To be fair, he was also pretty up front about framing the Sins for it in that conversation, so it stands to reason he'd lie in front of the other knights. Now if he'd still done the same when there was no one else around and tried to take the moral high ground, then he'd be a hypocrite.
