Creed's as funny as he is because you're never expecting it. A whole episode about him wouldn't work as well. I think the closest we get is the one episode in season 3 where he didn't catch an error as the quality control guy.

I think I realised the issue, or rather one of the issues with the last two seasons. The Office was about wild shenanigan's that happened with the works at a company. Since Mike left they don't even pretend to really be a business anymore, it's full on sitcom just at an office. Erin and Kevin are mentally handicapped rather than just quirky idiots. I'm sure there are more issues but that is one IMO
