Tygrus has the weirdest fetishes out of all of the BTAS characters. Turning people into cats. That is just as weird as a man flying around in a bat suit.

we unfortunately never got a follow up to Tygrus and the good doctor in the animated series (the Doctor did escape Arkham once in the comics though, because of course he did), it's a shame, they could have probably done something with him in the Justice League animated series with Cheetah (she's one of Wonder Woman's villains), give him some kind of happy ending at least.
