Book *11* Cover, 10 sketch and some other art! (Patreon)

Hey all!

Alright, some stuff has gotten a little weird, which all in all has resulted in me sharing a FUTURE cover with you all!

I originally planned this cover to be book 9's cover, but due to Elaine having her own ideas about what she was doing, and completely ignoring my plans for her, it's gotten pushed back to be book 11's cover instead. Such is life!

Also included is Tsuu's Christmas sketch of Elaine with her favorite present - mangos!

The last picture is my book 10 sketch by Fuyu that I've sent off to Kart Studios to make into the book 10 cover.

Now, why share all this early? Well, that's where things got a little weird.

Kart Studio's lead artist is Ben Moran, and he's the one who's done all of BTDEM's covers. I love his work to pieces, and they're just so amazingly good! The quality, the detail, everything.

As artists do, he's shared his work in a few places, including the r/art subreddit.

Who then decided that he was using AI, he was a fake, that he wasn't a "serious" artist, and that he should find another career.

He's obviously gutted, and it's extremely upsetting to him. I'm also really upset over this, because of the sheer amount of dickery involved.

Anyway, since the picture's out in the wild and getting some attention due to the mod's heavy-handedness over it all, I figured I'd officially let the cat out of the bag on book 11's cover, even though we're a distance away from it yet.

Shameless solicitation moment - if anyone has something nice to say about all of Ben's hard work on all the covers, I'll forward them to him.
