What time would you like to see BTDEM posted? (Patreon)

So I'm settling in on a publishing routine, and I'd like to hear from all of you - what time do you want to see BTDEM published? There are a bunch of different factors that go into this, and at this point I've given up trying to divine the answer, and figured I'd ask all of you. Factors that go into this:

1) When people like getting their updates - some in the morning, some in the evening, some like waking up to it.

2) Posting during high-traffic times of day result in more people finding BTDEM, increasing readership, helping with warm-fuzzies. There's also a roughly 10-1 follower to Patreon ratio, and bluntly, the more people that are supporting me, the more I can justify doing this as my full-time job.

3) And of course, there are dozens of different time zones. So those of you living in France, when you want to wake up with the newest chapter is a different time from those of you living in America.

So take a look, and check all the times (Times all listed in GMT + 0) that you'd like the chapter released. Or what times you think would be best that the chapter's released. From my brief, not-amazing looks at the analytics, the day I released a chapter at ~2200 GMT was the highest traffic day, but who knows - it was also the start of the month.
