Regarding Gilson B. Pontes (Terrible Dev) Attempting To Have My Channel Removed (Patreon)

So as a heads up. Gilson B. Pontes, the terrible game designer, is pretty much aiming to get my YT channel fraudulently removed. He is one false copyright claim away from it.

Obviously this will be challenged, but if there are any issues, be aware this is the reason.

It is not a good time for this clownishness and I have no patience for it. This is not 2014, and I have a lot more shit in my life to get on with.

Gilson is fucking with that life because his little feelings got hurt over a fucking review. It's honestly pathetic.

I always knew the channel would go down eventually, either temporarily or permanently. I'm surprised I went all these years without a full platform takedown yet. I did not expect it'd be thanks to fucking *Gilson* though.

Frankly I am unsure if he is in this country, but we have the registered business address and the contact details YT provided, so I am in touch my my lawyer on this.

I hope you go all the way with whatever legal action you have available to you. WAY too many people and companies use false DMCA notices and community reporting to silences voices they don't like... it's tantamount to an effing SLAPP suit! The YOUTUBE community absolutely needs a few court wins under their belts to better define a person's rights. And issues like this are in no way related to morons like Alex Jones being de-platformed... in his case he was actively inciting violence, hatred, and general paranoia, not simply hurting someone's precious feelings because they released a crap game, or covered up abusive intra-company practices... If you need more founds to fight this a-hole off, ask your community, I for one will donate to help you fight the fight.

I would like to join the other folks who asked about the worst case scenario: If you are expecting a takedown of your platform and have always thought that it is just a matter of time, what *is* your back-up plan for that case? Will you quit the Jimquisition? Will you upload directly to your website? Frankly, I'm getting an uneasy feeling about giving money to someone who expects to lose their platform. Maybe you worded that paragraph in a rush, maybe I have been naive thinking the Jimquisition would last forever. Like I said, I hope you can successfully defend your channel and also provide some clarification on what you would do in a worst case.
