Remember when I said I'd do an episode about Unity Engine being good, and instead whined about amiibo a whole bunch? Well, it's finally time to pay the piper, and stick up for an engine that's gone through a lot of abuse lately.

Let's balance the scales and get to it, shall we?

First thing first, I had to stop at the beginning because I didn't see Season 5 of GoT yet - is there in the beginning a spoiler incoming or just a joke? I suspect its a joke, but I don't wanna risk it ^^

The tool itself isn't inherently evil. It's like saying a knife is evil because some people are stabbed with them. BUT WE ALSO USE THEM TO MAKE SANDWICHES! Which are delicious and nutritious. So- You know.

While not your accomplishment, I've had a small beef with Unity for a while. A game like Wasteland 2 had what I would call ugly graphics - blocky, smeary-lookin' and stiff'n'clunky animations. I've had this impression with other Unity engine games as well. This video made me realize that it is entirely up to the developers how the final game looks. Thanks Jim!
