The investor class is more or less twinned with the executive class in terms of overall uselessness to the human race. This was demonstrated when Capcom was asked if they couldn't just "bump up" Monster Hunter Wilds' release to before Christmas... this year! Nothing truly surprising here, but it'll never not be depressing to see it play out time and time again: the constant erosion of creative mettle against the grindstone of corporate greed. Personally, if I was a wealthy dumbass throwing my money at something I have no working knowledge of, I'd give more credence to the expertise of the people actually working in that industry -- but that comes from having actually worked in the real world, something most investors have no concept of. It's exhausting, it's disheartening, and it's frustrating as all hell. Your coverage is a balm for tender truths, but the sting of our dismal reality is not one which easily fucks off. OTL
