Oh I had been looking forward to this one and as usual, you didn't disappoint 😄. I am in absolute love with the colours here, the background is beautiful with the warm tones of the leaves and clouds mixed with the cool sky. The slanted angle of the trees and falling leaves gives the impression of there being a breeze which adds further to the lovely atmosphere 😀. And then there's the interior where the colours continue to impress with the warm caramel tones of the beautifully painted lady and the greys of the sofa and her robe as it falls around her. I really love the detail and folds in her attire as she allows it to slide off of her, her hair is similarly detailed, the coloured lighting on it's right side and the various strands breaking off are terrific. Her face is beautiful with that content smile and gorgeous eyes 😍, the edge-light running down her right really allows the forms to pop out from the background. Oh dear, this comment is a long one and in danger or becoming ridiculous so I'll try to summarise 😅, her whole body is brilliantly painted and shaded, I love the steam effect rising from her cup as well as the subtle soft effect on her lower half, keeping the focus on her face while maintaining the great detail put into her stomach, hips and legs (the occlusion shadows between her legs is a terrific detail). Absolutely amazing work, Didi, seeing all of the brilliant paintings you did this month combined with how much better you've gotten yet again as he very excited to see future works 💜💜💜.
