This is something I initially struggled with when working on ArchViz projects - how do you model curved surfaces and get them looking smooth? I tried ramping up the subdivisions on cylinders, but still had issues with having the edges of the cylinder show up when rendering... Even after I found out about auto smooth normals functionality in the object data properties tab, I still wasn't sure how to have more control over modeling.

In this quick video, I show you a really simple way to model curved surfaces based on floorplans. After this video, you'll be able to very quickly create curved walls for your ArchViz projects (or really any project that involves curved surfaces!)
