Links to posts with per tier download links (Patreon)

As Patreon lets me pin just one message, I use this one to link to the posts with download links of all the photomode mods per tier. 

• Post with links to photomode mods available to all subscribers (tier 1, tier 2 and tier3) 
• Post with links to photomode mods available to tier 2 and tier 3 subscribers
