Oof, it's only getting hotter and hotter in here... makes you sweat like crazy. And speaking of crazy, look at the new feature, it's all about sweating. Besides that, Sims sex autonomy got a little bit more memorable, and I have something for the influencer types.

Soon enough, on June 21st, the Island Living expansion comes out, with a tropical island, tanning, boats, lifeguards, volcanoes, beaches, ocean swimming, and killer mermaids. Can't wait for the game patch.

Unfortunately, I won't be around when the expansion pack and game patch comes out. I will be away for a little while, from June 17th till the second week of July. For that time, I'm pausing billing for the month of July since I won't be able to adequately assist you all. I'm going to do my best to make sure WickedWhims is functional, even when I'm away.

I hope the game patch won't break too much and you will be able to have fun with the expansion pack as soon as possible.

Sweating 💦

• Added Sweating

Sims will now sweat from some good sex, or a hard workout, and their wet bodies will glisten in the sun.

Sex Autonomy

With Sex Autonomy Memory, Sims will remember the sex locations and sex animations used the most by the player. Any time you manually start a sex interaction or change the sex animation, that information is noted by the entire world and individual Sims involved in sex.

Starting sex at certain locations makes them more appealing to Sims, and locations avoided are less likely to be picked. By simply using locations that are your favorites, you adjust Sims memory to like them as well. Individual Sims will remember individual locations, like their own bed or sofa, but the information about beds and sofas being used still affect every other Sim in the game as well.

Sex animations are memorized in a similar way. Whenever you start sex with a specific animation or change sex to a specific animation, they are remembered by the Sims. Animations that are used most often will be more likely to be used in autonomy sex.

Individual Sims will remember individual animations as well. If you use very specific animations on a particular Sim, then these animations will be the most preferred by that particular Sim. And the most commonly picked sex animations will be the most used sex animations during sex autonomy.

Not using certain sex locations or sex animations doesn't cause autonomy memory to block them. Every available animation and location is always considered by Sex Autonomy, but memory affects how likely they are picked.

You can disable locations and animations memory individually in Sex Autonomy Awareness Settings or purge all memory data with the 'ww.purge_sex_autonomy_memory' command.

Attractiveness

  • Ask Sims for their attractiveness preferences

It's easy to learn what Sims are into, as long as they want to talk to you... but if they don't, you can try asking their friend for advice.

You can ask any Sim for their attractiveness likes or dislikes, which is located under the Romance category. If you succeed, a notification with 6-7 attractiveness hints will show up to give you an idea of how you could adjust your looks. Sims will always tell you what they like that your Sim doesn't already possess, and will make sure to warn you about anything they dislike so you avoid it. Building up a little bit of friendship or romance is required to not make things awkward.

If making things awkward is your specialty, the alternative is to ask others for help. Look for someone that is a friend of your desired Sim and try asking them. Under the Friendship category you can find an interaction to ask for someone's preferences. That interaction is only available if a Sim has any friends. You will receive very similar hints, but they won't be personalized for your Sim.

When entering a room with a bunch of Sims, it can be difficult to figure out who is attractive and who isn't. By Scoping the Surroundings a Sim will immediately determine which Sims are worth talking to, when you're looking for a fun night.

Click on your active Sim to access the 'Scope the Surroundings' interaction. Every Sim around that is found attractive will be temporarily marked with pulsating heart above their head. Sims that are considered attractive are Sims which are above the average level of attractiveness based on the perspective of the currently played Sim.

Streamer Mode [DOWNLOAD]

So what's this crap? If you have some reason to censor nudity and sex in the game, perhaps because you're recording a video or streaming, this is a way to do it. By placing the censorship package file in your Mods folder, all Sims nudity, sex interactions, and Sims thumbnails will be covered up. Probably not useful for most of you.

Because of the technical limitations that come with implementing censorship, there is no in-game switch for it, you need to install the "Streamer Mode" package to enable it.

Settings Control

• Reorganized the Settings Import/Export menu
• Added the 'Reset Settings' function
• Added the 'Disable Settings' function

The settings import/export menu has been extended to have more control over WickedWhims settings and it comes with two new functions.

The 'Reset Settings' button causes all of the settings in WickedWhims to reset back to the default state. If you've altered settings in a way that you didn't intend to, and the only way is to reset everything, this is what you would use.

The 'Disable Settings' button causes all of the settings in WickedWhims to get disabled. If the way you configure WickedWhims is by starting from nothing, this is what you want. Disabling all settings disables all features, so you can start from scratch and only enable the content that you want.

Emergency stopping of sex has been improved by allowing you to stop sex of the active Sim or the Sim with the provided name. This way you can avoid stopping sex of all Sims on the lot when that is unwanted.

• Improved performance

With the focus on load times. Most of the time during loading is spent on Sims clothing models and textures, object models and textures, sounds, animations, effects, and the environment. The more detailed and populated the lot is, the longer the loading. 

Base benchmark of around 1000 adult Sims in the world with developed relationships on an empty lot shows a 10-15% improvement in how quickly the game loads into gameplay. I hope these are consistent results across all wacky saves you have.

Everybody sweats, even Sims, although that wasn’t very visible until now. Giving your Sims a workout will result in a gradually increasing layer of sweat on their body. With that, you can easily tell how much effort they put into trying to stay healthy and fit.

Hot Activities

Anything that increases Sims body heat is going to make them sweat. Jogging, push ups, sit ups, stretching, running on a treadmill, climbing, boxing, practicing fighting, using a workout machine, playing basketball, skating, doing yoga, using a steam room, working out in front of a TV, fighting or sparring with someone, having sex, or taking an angry poop.

On hot sunny days, Sims will be sweating a lot more when performing actions outdoors. And sweating as much as a Sim possibly can, will make them uncomfortable. Still, pushing yourself to the limit isn’t so bad as you can just take a shower and feel completely refreshed.

Cool Relief

When Sim is done with their sweaty activities, all it takes to remove sweat is to gain hygiene back. Take a shower, a bath, go swimming, or use the sleeping pod. Simply waiting will gradually remove sweat as well.

Sims with the ‘Gym Rat’ trait sweat a lot less, and purchasing the 'No Sweat’ reward trait completely prevents sweating. Obviously, the entire feature can be disabled with 'Sweating Overlay Switch’ setting located in Nudity Settings.

Technical Details

• The ‘Sweating Overlay Switch‘ setting allows the user to globally disable sweating in the entire world.
• The ‘ww.clear_sweat [<first_name> <last_name>]‘ command allows to clear the sweat layer from the active Sim or the Sim of provided name.
• The ‘ww.apply_sweat [<first_name> <last_name>]‘ command allows to apply a high level sweat layer for the active Sim or the Sim of provided name.
