Sex General

• Added keyboard shortcut to progress the sex interaction [EXPERIMENTAL]

Wow! Finally, a way to progress Sims sex interaction without clicking on anything!

By pressing the 'Q' (by default) key on your keyboard, the sex interaction of the currently controlled Sim will progress forward.

Note that this is a Windows Only feature. Currently, I don't have a solution for detecting key presses on MacOS systems.

And note as well that this might not work for everybody even if you're on a Windows system!

Thanks to alphabetsmells for suggesting re-adding the ctypes interface to unlock more possibilities.

• Added 'Sex Progression Key Shortcut' setting

If the 'Q' key is not a fitting shortcut for you, change it! Majority of the keys on your keyboard are available. Combinations of keys are not possible at the moment.

Keep in mind that some keys are already bound to certain functions in the game and will conflict.

• Added support for Height Slider Mods in sex

When enabled, Sims that initiate sex will adjust their height automatically to allow for proper animations alignment.

Supports REDHEADSIMS Height Slider Collection mod, Luumia Height Slider mod, and simmythesim/tedw Sliders mod.

Does NOT support GODJUL1 Height Slider mod.

Warning! If for some crazy reason you're using multiple Height Slider mods, this will cause issues. In case of the sex interaction failing critically and not restoring Sims height automatically, use the 'ww.fix' command.

• Added 'Height Slider Mods Support' setting

This setting has to be enabled for Height Slider mods to be detected and for Sims height to be adjusted during sex.

Make sure to not disable this setting during sex or it will cause issues.

• Added 'Controlled Sex Progression Switch' setting

If you require even more control over the sex interaction, consider enabling the Controlled Sex Progression setting.

With this setting enabled, progressing to the next sex category can only occur if you specifically allow for it. A notification will show up asking if it's okay for Sims to get kinky.

For example, if you want to prevent Sims from having vaginal sex, disallowing it will disable sex progression from using any vaginal animations, but you can still manually select them yourself.

• Made the 'Next' interaction show the category of the next animation

You can now see what is the next sex category before pressing the 'Next' button.

If the next button says 'End' then there are no more animations ahead for the sex progression.

• Made swapping Sims positions in sex instant when only two Sims are present

If for some reason you still need to swap Sims in sex and only two of them are involved, swapping will be instant. No more windows to click on.

• Fixed the 'Stop That!' interaction failing to stop sex

Sims will now walk to the permanent spot sex is occurring at which should avoid any situations of them getting confused about what is happening.

In addition, if the Sim cannot reach the destination, the sex interaction will still be stopped.

• Made Animations Selector Menu display animation gender roles

You might notice that animations now have a "Roles" field displayed which indicates the roles Sims will take when playing that animation. These roles are specified by the animation creator.

When an animation states "M+F", it means that the first role is meant for a MALE and the second role is meant for a FEMALE. When an animation states B/M, it means that the role is meant for BOTH, but preferably a MALE.

Animations that just state "B" without any preferable role can cause issues as there is no way to know who should play that role. That is not necessarily an oversight on the part of the animation creator.

MALE and FEMALE roles should be understood as functional sex roles. MALE indicates a function of having a penis, while FEMALE indicates a function of having a vagina. The actual gender of the Sim doesn't apply to this.

Sex Autonomy

• Added 'Gender Specific Doors Switch' setting

If you're frustrated that Sims enter opposite-sex bathrooms, enabling this setting will solve it.

Keep in mind that when this setting is enabled, all Sex Autonomy will avoid sex-specific bathrooms when two Sims of the opposite sex are involved.

Pregnancy Termination

• Made pregnancy termination have primarily a positive outcome

Abortion being a player-driven option means it is done intentionally for the better of your Sim. Instead of it mostly ending up sad, it's now mostly a relief. Sims who want to build a family will still get negative emotions.

Sex Reactions

• Fixed Sims needlessly adjusting their position to react to sex or cum

Sex Other

• Animating Tuning: Added 'FORCE_ALL' undressing type for 'animation_naked_type' field

It allows animators to force undress everything from a Sim. This is helpful when an animation is used in a shower but the user prevents undressing certain clothing parts.

Nudity Skills

• Reworked nudity skills to a linear progression per level

Nudity skills experience gained by Sims is now constant and predictable. This should help avoid confusion on how it works and allow leveling faster by exploiting nudity mechanics if you choose so.

• Reworked nudity influence gained by NPC Sims

All NPC Sims now gain nudity skills experience directly when influenced (by seeing nudity or talking about nudity) and gain a lot more of it.

• Made the Nudity lot trait take away 25% less of gained skill experience
• Made nudity-related social interactions have a lockout time

Nudity Reactions

• Fixed Sims needlessly adjusting their position to react to nudity

Nudity Social

• Made 'Ask to Get Naked' display a notification indicating why a Sim refuses to undress

Underwear

• Made the underwear mannequin alter its body frame when Sim Body Frame and Clothing Preference settings are opposite to their default sex

Statistics

• Re-added the ability to look up any Sim statistics

A big oversight of the last update was the inability to look up other Sims statistics. Oops.

Save System

• Implemented new embedded save system

All of WickedWhims save data is now embedded directly into the individual game saves!

This means that all stability issues should be gone and more complex data can be saved without headaches.

Save data is still saved in external files as a safety measure, in case something goes wrong.

Thanks to Scumbumbo for hinting at embedding data into the game save being possible.

• Added the 'ww.reset_save_data <type>' command to reset WickedWhims save data

Since removing the external files is not going to reset your save data anymore, you need some way of doing it.

Using this command without providing a type will display you the possible list of types of save data you can reset.

Other

• Improved gameplay loop performance

A bunch of code has been cut and improved to decrease the time everything takes to process and increase the performance.

Thanks to Scumbumbo for making a simple profiling tool which helped to track down the most inefficient stuff.

• Updated compatibility with Basemental Drugs

A new approach of keeping parts of data up-to-date on Basemental's side will help avoid frequent compatibility updates.

Window Peeping

No one knows what you will see when peeking through a window into your neighbor’s house. Any Sim can do it, through any reachable window, at any house, or even public venue.

Peeping at others can get really boring when nothing is happening, or overly exciting when some naked bodies enter the view. Sex Autonomy and Nudity Autonomy are thankfully on your side, encouraging action to take place when you’re expecting it.

Showtime & Risk

When naked bodies present themselves in the window, especially through sexual activities, the showtime begins.

Be careful, getting caught can ruin your reputation, especially when the owner of the house sees you. If a Sim is not quick enough, they will easily get beat up and feel the consequences of peeping for the next few days.

Sometimes getting caught isn’t so bad. You never know, maybe the Sim on the other side of the window is into it. Exhibitionist Sims can get pretty thrilled about having an admirer and even invite them inside for some fun.

Shady Business

Why rely on the memories themselves when you can take pictures. Save the rare occasion of peeping on Sims having sex. Beside Sims taking pictures automatically, at any point, you can snap a photo yourself and add it to your collection.

Pictures of naked Sims and Sims having sex hold a lot of value, especially if they involve celebrities. When you feel particularly mischievous, consider selling them on the dark side of the web. Each picture taken automatically is worth some money, but don't overdo it, as flooding the internet with pictures of the same Sims will eventually lower the interest.

Peeping Tom & Tina

Do you sense the feeling of someone looking at you? Could they be peeping through the window? Enjoy the thrill, or not, of being observed by neighbors creeping around your house, trying to catch you naked.

Peeping Sims will sometimes appear near your house and look for an opportunity to have some fun. The Sim that shows up is always picked based on the gender preference of the household residents.

WickedWhims comes with two creepy premade Sims to peep on you, but you're welcome to delete them, remake them, or add your own.

Technical Details

• Peeping NPC Sims can be either disabled or the probability of them showing up can be altered in the Nudity Settings.
• Any Sim can be assigned as a Peeping NPC by giving them the 'WickedWhims_Trait_Peeping_NPC_Sim_Hidden' trait.
• Autonomy of NPC Sims inviting player peeping Sims inside can be disabled and the probability of it occurring can be altered in the Sex Autonomy Settings.
