IN ORDER FOR THE MOD TO WORK CORRECTLY YOU MUST UNZIP THE FILE! Once you have done that then take the folder with the unzipped contents and put that into your mods folder. 

(Known issues are the white steering wheel and messed up interior camera. These will be fixed in a little while)
