Had a weird idea, I want to see where it goes. Fueled by what was probably a mild fever and sleep deprivation, this story was born. Basic idea is that the self-insert, Kotaro, has an extremely-nerfed version of the Inspired Inventor CYOA power from the utterly-broken first Worm CYOA.

Except he's in Naruto, not Worm.
