It's come to my attention that even people i talk to on a very regular basis have no idea how to tell the difference between even the most popular belly kinks that I tend to draw, so i think this post is necessary and I type it in hopes that it prevents some... frustrating exchanges... pertaining to my polls in the future! Some of you guys are using terminology in your nominations that can be incredibly confusing, so I need to set how I read things straight.

The major belly kinks that I most often service are: Weight gain, stuffing, inflation, and mpreg, and rarely, macro.  To remind everyone, when it comes to my polls, a character is able to "win" for a belly kink once, then becomes ineligible to win it again in the future. If they get a consolation for a kink, they are still eligible to win a sequence, but are no longer able to win consolations for it. So for the most part, a character can win upwards to five different fills. All other things, such as (force) feeding, wardrobe malfunctions, magical nonsense, and even arousal, masturbation and other outright sexual stuff are just contextual details and are secondary kinks that are not considered in whether or not I will draw the character again.

Now, the kinks:

=====

Weight Gain (WG): Here's the big one that is the most popular. Firstly, i want to establish that I do not consider all forms of belly kink Weight Gain. That makes things confusing. Weight gain in the contexts that I draw and discuss it in is limited to fat and muscle gain (more heavily the former). When you make a request or nomination using terms like Fat, Chub, Chubby, Soft, Pudgy, Obese, Gains Weight etc... you are implying Weight Gain and mass composed of mostly fat.

Muscle gain is also considered Weight gain, but its only just a secondary detail added cuz some people (myself included) like a little beef on their boys. I do not focus on Muscle Expansion (ie, unrealistic or massive muscle growth), and any "Muscle Chub" fills (fills with buff dudes who are also sorta fat) will count as the character winning a Weight Gain fill, and I wont be drawing muscle chubbed versions of a character if they already won for weight gain. So choose Wisely.

It's also worth noting that if ANY other body part beyond the stomach expands (face, neck, arms, thighs, butt, pectorals, etc), then it's pretty safe to say Weight Gain is taking place.

Stuffing: My 2nd most popular kink. Stuffing is limited to a character overeating to the point their stomach enlarges. That's it. If anything else enlarges, it becomes another kink entirely, or ends up being Weight Gain if the food "instantly becomes fat". Food goes to the STOMACH that is located in the ABDOMINAL CAVITY. I'm sorry, but I take anatomy into consideration! In addition, stuffing comes with body language and other contextual details that make it appealing.

That said, in my art and when reading things, stuffing is indicated with words and descriptors such as Full, Taut, Tight, stuffed, overstuffed, etc. Anything even remotely resembling "squishy," "soft" or "fat" directly points to weight gain and should be avoided unless the character is already soft.

There are times where Stuffing and Weight gain are contextually intertwined (like in the Jack Frost Sequence a few months back). In those instances, the fill will count as Weight Gain only, because the gaining of fat hides most indicators of stuffing, and (in my opinion) a non-fat person being stuffed is notably different in execution and visual appeal than someone who is already fat.

Inflation: Inflation describes the kink where, through whatever means, a body part enlarges. Being a Belly Kink Artist, I only draw inflation of the stomach/abdomen. There is some overlap with stuffing due to this, but a scenario is generally deemed inflation if the substance expanding their stomach is purely liquid, air/gas, or (arguably) a semi-solid (ie, pudding). Sometimes it goes up the butt, which is uniquely an inflation context, or just appears out of nowhere (in the case of magic) already in the stomach. The context and delivery plays such a huge role in how its enjoyed that it is a separate kink entirely from stuffing.

I mentioned earlier that with weight gain, any other body part expanding would class it as such, so there is a bit of overlap with inflation when focusing on extreme cases focusing on specific body parts. Full body and other types of inflation can expand other body parts, but those are types of inflation i do not draw, so its safe to never expect things like "butt inflation" or "chest inflation."

Mpreg: This kink is where a guy becomes pregnant. In my attempts, i draw pregnant bellies to look like.... actual pregnant bellies, so while it can be confused with stuffing, there are differences in context, body langauage, and shape/anatomy that I try to implement. For example, a pregnant belly sits lower on the abdomen and has a slightly distinctive shape in addition to an often distinctive navel.   However, this is a very small niche in my audience, so it doesn't come up often.

Macro: Macro is when a character grows in size in any way that is beyond just gaining weight or muscle. This includes (but is not limited to) gaining height, and i consider ANY height gain (from small amounts like a couple inches, all the way to giant scenarios), macro, because gaining weight does not translate to height. This kink also has a very small following, however, all of them ask it coupled with Weight gain, which is why I feel I can humor it without issue. I deemed it a separate kink because a large portion of weight gain enthusiasts have expressed disinterest when macro is involved, and the context required for it to work is specific enough in execution for me to separate it from general Weight Gain.

=====

Hopefully this would clear some things up, and help you figure out who is eligible for what and how to properly express your ideas and nominations.

I completely understand that a lot of people just want big bellies and are not at all discerning about how a belly is depicted or how it is gained, but for myself and many others, these are very important distinctions, often to the point where it can make or break our enjoyment of pieces.
