Monthly Update!

Hey, guys! Happy Halloween!!

Well, as I mentioned in the previous update, I had an idea to create an alternative adventure using Those Days' characters! It is somewhat like an event (as I plan to bring more of this content in the future), and for this idea specifically, I wanted to show more fantasy since we're on Halloween! 

I had some old sketches saved for Those Days that I noticed I could use on this adventure! And for that, I decided to add a little bit of fantasy into them, and as I started writing all my ideas down, I realized that the whole thing was getting too big for just one month's update. And, on top of that, I still had to fix some stuff in Those Days... Sheesh!

So: For this month's big update, I had to divide the content into two parts: Those Days and the Halloween Special!

For Those Days (the main game):

I didn't have much time dedicated to the game itself, so I decided to just focus on making some of Ned's art a little better!

I still had some trouble adding Ned's artwork to the gallery, but that will be fixed next month, along with some new ideas that I have in mind!

For the Halloween Special (Patreon exclusive adventure - Work in progress):

The story of this first chapter has some similarities with the main game, but it is just meant to be a fun little fantasy world!

About the characters:

• Ugo is half a vampire with very limited skills.
• Sal is a novice sorceress with an ice affinity (got it? Haha! A nice affinity?! Ok, I'll stop).
• Lis is a very powerful vampire that always gets people in trouble.
• Ned is a lost cursed werewolf.
• And Cott is an enchanted unstable orc.

Each of these characters has some interesting hints to the purpose of this short adventure!

In this world, you will play (yes, it will be another visual novel) as the main character from Those Days and, with Sal, you will meet a couple of different creatures and... you'll be presented with the option to... have, you know... some suggestive interactions with them! 😈

Anyways, this is what I have for now! I hope you like it:

Prologue:

"A teasing horror. That day, in every year, an old friend is missed. A wronged mirrored version of happy feelings. She looks for common pleasure while she waits for time to pass by. It doesn't go as fast as she wants to. She sleeps."

"The season begins. The map is delivered."

Royaux's Manor (Lis' place)

A place in ruins that was once used as the great maid's fighting playground. Even though the building lacks its top side, many humans think the manor is a shrine that came from below the earth after the fall of a tyrant king. 

A story of faith and lust. Those who know the true story of the place have their reason to visit. Some of them stay longer than others and learn more than they ever thought they could. After, those that desire to leave often relate that the definition of magic and its purpose were redefined after the great maid's death.

The pit stop (New character)

A tavern that was built at the bottom of a gigantic tree. To get deep inside the forest, you would have to climb the tree or take the stairs! But before that, you should always get proper rest! Of course, some stay at the tavern for its different approach to customer service. 

Just know one thing: you will always leave the place completely satisfied.

The evermoon forest (Ned's place)

An eerie forest that has the most diverse number of spooky trees. Only a few mythical creatures know how the place keeps floating. Such knowledge couldn't ever be understood by humans. 

It is said that the evermoon, also known as one of the "lunar pearls of the universe", emits a light that reveals the true shadow of any living creature. Once you make peace with your true shadow, you will be part of the evermoon's light.

The orc's playground (Cott's place)

A mundane orc region where humans can surrender themselves to pure lust: some come to test their power of domination skills, and many others come to test their endurance. 

The orcs of these mountains no longer have any interest in conquering more territory. Their society works in a very old-fashioned way, enjoying the peace of all simple things that nature provides, and it works better than any kingdoms that ever existed. Nonetheless, if peace is threatened, they can overcome any adversity, mortal or divine.

Throughout history, it is known that some gods admired this perspective of life and, pleased by the orc's company, decided to bless their desire for peace with a voracious will to live on. Scholars often write that this blessing is just immortality. They are wrong, according to a very recluse orc.

Not gonna lie, I've had way too much fun creating this fantasy... And I will probably finish this first chapter in November along with a regular Those Days update (if nothing goes wrong)!

There will be so many ideas to share with you all! I truly cannot wait! And, as always, I will try my best to get better and bring more adventures to you!
