I know this time of year can be complicated.  One of my favourite "cliché" sayings is: "The sun is always shining even when you can't see it."

Sometimes the things in front of you can seem impossible, or you can be tempted to think you're out of strength.  You're not.  You CAN make it and you will.  And you won't just survive, you're going to bloom and thrive.  

Help others. Let others help you.
