Gael, This is so thoughtful!! The number of times I take a cab in the evening and send a friend the link to track my ride home because the driver is a little over friendly and personal with their questions for my comfort. This is perfect. I may add a ringtone just before it.

I have no earthly idea why this made me well up with tears when the upload notification came through today, but it may just be the thoughtfulness of you recording such an audio, the horrible notion of any ladies requiring such an audio and just knowing how incredibly kind you are, Gael. While I touch wood and pray that this never happens to me personally, it's so reassuring to have such a secure comfort. This will hopefully help any woman who ever feels such fear. Something that we all can use when we feel unsafe, or being intruded by strangers or those with bad intentions thinking we are loners or that there isn't someone at home waiting for us! This audio reminded me of another lickle story from back then when I was working in Afghanistan. I remember as a woman ( foreigners aka us included ) we weren’t allowed to go out/work late eves ( especially in small towns ) and if we did, then we had to go out with one of our male colleagues but then again as a woman we weren’t allowed to go out with a stranger ( a male colleague is an absolute stranger according to their rules ) so it had to be either your brother, father, husband or fiancé, therefore one of my colleagues and me planned that in case someone stopped us we would say that we were not only collegues but also engaged ( he liked the engagement idea tho 🤦🏻‍♀️ ) This fake plan gave us a bit of security but didn’t help us much bc some of those dickhead Talibans hated charity workers anyway….. Ok. back to the audio. I just wanted to say thank you for being such a thoughtful friend. I’m sure this idea would help lots of our ladies no matter where they live. Safe country or not safe, it’s always secure to be more careful ♥️

This is really good! I’ll definitely get this in my security arsenal. It just kinda reminded me of another time when I got so creeped out by someone whom started as a friend online, then started getting real pushy with wanting a relationship with me; EVEN while saying “take your time.” So showed another friend whom I’ve known for years, and he was like “I can’t stand by and watch this anymore. I’m gonna pose as your boyfriend and put him in his place!” And did he EVER put em in that place! It was quite entertaining to watch someone else stand up for me, rather the other way around for a change! This dude wasn’t the first hopeless romantic emo burger I ever dealt with, so I must be attractive to some degree!😆😜 Thank you again Gael! You’re one in a billion!💖

Just want to say thank you for this again. It's the festive season and traveling home alone after dark, sometimes I get unwanted attention. Friends always wait with me until I get into a cab, but I'm on my own until I reach home and it to my front door. This is perfect to have on standby on the odd occasion I encounter a creepy cab driver.
