I'm having trouble sleeping. A lot of negative thoughts nagging at me lately. As such, I've not felt up to communicating with friends. I've inadvertently distanced myself so much that I've felt lonely through it. This puts me more at ease. Thank you ❤️

Thank you Gael, I have family in Vienna in the exact areas where the terror attack happened last night 😬 They're all safe thankfully, grateful they're introverts and stayed in 😅 but it's just *something* else on top of everything else that 2020 has thrown at us all. Be the lighthouse amongst the stormy seas, everyone: strong against the trashing chaos, shining a light out to save others ♥️ This time is the challenge of our lifetime.

Two hours of sleep and endless calls between two countries . Afghanistan/Kabul where I still have some colleagues and Austria/Vienna where my parents, family and friends live. Both countries were hit by terror attacks last night. Not to forget Oromia. We are shocked and devastated and tbh I wish I had the permission to scream and cry out loud. I wish I had my parents to hug and my friends to support... It’s a sad day G., but your love is received and very much appreciated. Thank you for positivity my kindest friend ♥️ Once again apologies for negative vibes, but some heartbreaking incidents can’t be ignored!
