Hello Supple Patreons,

Upon high demand and a lot of you enjoying to see us suffer (well... for some parts of the ep) we've decided to do a VIEWER EDITION poll based on the style of the most recent episode (We FORCED the Boys to Watch This).

in which we MUST face our fears and play/watch/read/listen to the top results for each category once they are in!

We've all read Domestic Girlfriend now so what could possibly shock us more than that..?

Kind of hard to decide on what to make them watch / play next when all the big ones have already been done. Would be cool to see them continue a little more what they already started like Joey going up to at least E3 or 4 of Arcane, Garnt finishing FMAB, or Connor truly falling into the depths of despair finishing the rest of Domestic Girlfriend.

Game suggestion for Joey and Connor: The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel (because garnt already started on the trails series and Cold Steel is also a good starting point) Game suggestion for Garnt: Ys VIII-Lacrimosa of Danna (just cuz its a Falcom game and he has started on the trails series. Once again, good starting point) Anime/Manga for Joey: Marriage of God & Soul Godannar (Because any gundam series would be too boring and since this is imo an interesting and fun way to intro ppls into the mecha genre) Anime/Manga for Connor: Ikkitousen (He likely wont like it. Which means we will like his reactions to it) Anime/Manga for Garnt: Blood+ (not sure if he's seen it but its on the same level as FMAB imo) TV Show for the Boys: Any of these old classics - Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Charmed or Nikita

Definitely want Garnt and Joey to stop pussying out of Elden Ring (let me know if that's old news). Did Connor ever play Persona? Anime wise I think Connor said he not into SOL. I'm thinking of something like A Place Further Than the Universe, has a lot of similar tropes, but there's a lot more to it. Garnt watches everything, so (apart from FMA, but that's been fixed!) and Joey maybe a trashy Isekai, but as someone who also avoids that stuff I wouldn't know what to vote for, although IIRC he's said he hasn't watched all Ghibli stuff (think he did a ranking and left some out) Other stuff I have no clue, seen Punpun in the comments, would be good for Garnt and Connor to suffer the misery of it (personally didn't like it, although the art was great) and then Joey can explain why he likes it (he's said he keeps meaning to make a video on it). As for Joey himself I know he's read a ton of manga and he's well into his music, so I wouldn't have a clue!

I like the thought of Connor listening to the newest strokes album (the new abnormal). Other than that I think it would be interesting to get the boys into Aunty Donna's shows (some of the wackiest sketch comedy out there)

Anime/Manga: I think this might be the easiest suggestion to all of the boys, anything Shojo. Not being familiar with the ganre is something they all seem to have in common. Garnt and Joey could read Black Butler (not exactly shojo but adjacent), Connor could watch something like Yona of the Dawn. Movies: A romance of some kind, I think they've said it themselves before, they don't really seem to engage with this ganre either. Maybe something like Pride and Prejudice. Music: Musicals. None of them really seem like they have ever listened to musicals (except for Garnt listening to Hamilton i think?), I just think it would be really funny seeing them react to something like, Cats for example (not the movie version) Game: Connor should definitely play something like Stardew Valley, I think that's the exact antithesis of the kind of games he normally plays. Garnt and Joey aren't as easy to pick a game for because they seem less nitpicky about games they do and don't play.

I suggested the 1997 Fallout for Connor and Grant. Joey I kinda had fun with, giving him League of Legends and Fairy Tail 100 Year Quest. For Connor for TV and movies, I suggested The Bear. And for anime I suggested Summer Time Rendering though he may have seen these I’m not sure. I genuinely instantly forgot what I said for Grant lmao.

Get Garnt on that BBC Dub of Urusei Yatsura if he somehow hasn't seen it. Idk if Connor's still a bit eh when it comes to older stuff but maybe a solid 90s OVA like Rurouni Kenshin Trust and Betrayal might be good.

Joey should listen to the album Scenes From A Memory by Dream Theater (I think he'd really appreciate the concept since he's a Pink Floyd fan!) Connor should play either Lies of P (I think he'd love it since its a souls-like and similar to Elden Ring in some ways) or Persona 5 Royal (A great RPG he'd like and I see other recommends for it here!) Garnt should watch Ghost Hunt (a great spooky anime from the early 2000 days) or read any HP Lovecraft story based graphic novels of his choosing (since he was so into Fear & Hunger and I know he's a fan of Junji Ito) Enjoy boys!

The thing is he does this with a lot of popular shows, not just arcane. Also judging just from a first episode is stupid in my opinion. He really should have wanted to watch this by himself either way because that's why most people were interested in his content in the first place, for his opinions on anime/manga (or in this case an animated show) but i guess he doesn't give a damn about that anymore.

@Sawybez He literally admitted in the latest episode he wasn't watching Arcane not because of personal preference but to piss people off. Episode 213, 14:32. I didn't even want to assume he was just spiteful in my original comment but the man himself admitted it. So the problem isn't even whether it's a matter of personal preference, of course we all understand that. The problem is Joey just being petty for the sake of it.
