Vivy didn't say anything to Momo's sister earlier because Matsumoto would not have allowed her to break cover. He would've clapped that girl right there to prevent the mission from being discovered.

Love that the terrorists from the past are already coming up with the idea of reprogramming a discarded ai into a combat focused anti-ai servant that is basically trying to do what matsumoto and diva are already doing. if only crashing the sunrise woulda had the intended effect then beth woulda been doin the singularity project a favor (beth underrated af, very similar motives to vivy with a tragic backstory just without matsumoto style help). but kakitani doesnt have a blueprint of the future. FR he has the same goals as our heroes even tho doesnt realize it, but he doesnt understand he is unintentionally furthering the process he is trying to stop.
