Finally we will start posting the buildings for the month of February. And to start, let's go from a super luxurious and modern two-story apartment. I chose a palette of light colors (white, beige, ivory, gold). Its decor is modern but very luxurious, the adornments and ornaments make this duplex the perfect place for your SIMS to live.

Important instructions:
- Contains two floors, which will be on the gallery tab of your gallery.
- Place the first room that will be the entire first floor. And the second room, will be the entire second floor.
- Complete the missing walls to close each room.
- Don't forget to activate the cheat (bb.moveobjects on), before placing lots and colors in your game.
