Updated Patreon Tiers (Patreon)

Hewoo :3 It was about time for me to change the patreon tiers since my current life situation (taking care of my mom with cancer) doesn't allow me the free time that I used to have and I couldn't fulfil many of the promises in the old tiers recently (like the events for example).
