All it does is make it so that Evan or Eve's names are swapped around. We might add player customization at some point but it's about figuring out the code for various things.

Hate to burst your bubble, but you can be flat chested without being underaged. We don't have any characters in this game that are children or in child like bodies. Sorry to jump in like this, but we only just got everyone to stop asking if we were going to include neoteny, so yeah.
