Dell has asked for a few days and I agreed. I let them know that at this point, I've allowed them to try everything they asked. We've sent it to their experts, and that team failed totally. I explained that calling it fixed and sending it back, when it wasn't has eroded any trust I had in their expertise. At this point I want a replacement, since they have demonstrated an inability to repair it.

I can understand your frustration and trust me, should Dell be giving it to the same Techs they are getting frustrated also. Like you I put a lot of stress on my systems. sometimes with DAZ Studio but more with Video Editing/Transcoding/Authoring. I recently retired with enough time to have traditional pensions from both IBM and Hewlett-Packard. I did both software and hardware for them so to avoid paying for features I do not need I have built my own systems for 40 years. When I built my new system I avoided AMD 7xxx CPUs due to design issues resulting in thermal throttling. I avoided Windows 11 since it is still having issues properly supporting the new architectures in the AMD 7xxx along with Intel Gen 12 and 13 CPUs. Windows 10 was not designed to use these processors fully and the most common symptom of issues is throttling. Updates to AMD's manufacturing along with changes to assembling systems based on the 7xxx CPUs have resolved their issues and the most recent windows patches have resolved many of their issues supporting the asymmetric CPU designs that are the future of computing. but getting the OS properly patched, the cooler correctly attached and the correct motherboard drivers is tricky for some of the extreme workloads like 3D rendering can be frustrating. I wish you the best of luck in getting this all resolved.

Well I'm definitely in the build my next computer camp. A tech is supposed to arrive any time now, to work on on it.
