After talking with Dell, I'll be shipping my computer off to their Advanced Resolution Center. They'll be solving the CPU throttling issue and checking out the liquid cooling system.

The turn-around time is 8 days from when I ship it. The shipping materials are due to arrive by Monday.

I've been going through a ton of emotions, these past weeks. I didn't truly appreciate how important creating art and making people happy are for my mental health. I suffer from depression normally; creating art makes it better, and this situation has made it worse. You have all been awesome over this entire situation. Thanks.

Man, this sucks. I hope everything works out. I just wish it wasn't a Dell PC...

I've been a loyal Dell customer for almost 20 years with 0 problems. This experience has turned me off buying another one. I'll be extending my warranty and holding them accountable to fix it, but I won't be getting another one. Mine is not an isolated incident. It is a known issue with this model, and I find that unacceptable.

Which Model is it? There's alot in the PC Community that don't enjoy Dell for their sketchy practices at times, Even Youtubers like LinusTechTips have made note of them in past. It's why i decided to build my own pc.

Dell Aurora R13. I've had past Dells that worked flawlessly, but this one has serious issues around overheating.
