As someone who also says they hate cardio all the time, one thing that really changed it up for me was realizing that cardio didn't have to be jogging on a treadmill or going out for a run. Dancing, swimming, football, basketball, racket sports, all these things that I can enjoy as a fun activity are some of the best methods of cardio. They're generally much better than running and such because they engage your whole body, not just your legs. I will literally go out with my friends and count it as cardio because we're at the club dancing lmao. I also am lucky because I live in a semi-big European city that's super walkable, I legit just walk everywhere. Also, for those that don't know, you burn most calories while resting! The best way to increase that amount is by boosting your metabolism through endurance training. Don't "just" do cardio just because you think you have no interest in building muscle and only want to lose weight.

I’m glad you mentioned not having to do workouts that we see other people do. I do that all of the time especially with that stairmaster it be killing me😭
