Oh my god!!! It was like this video was meant for me to see😂 I have been on and off my fitness journey since I was 15 now am 18 and still had that idea that I could lose weight and gain muscle at the same time as I am kinda skinny fat😅I have been to the gym in about a month this is fr my sign to get back into it. And also just gaining that confidence again to actually go but i am definitely going to bulk then shred now instead. Try to focus on one thing at a time ☺️☺️❤️❤️

Yesss def focus on building muscle first. It's so much easier and quicker imo than trying to build muscle and lose fat at the same time. Good luck on your journey!
