I just checked the lyrics and these were straight up speech-text translations, so it wouldn't make sense because they use slang and other lingo. Most of the lines weren't translated properly. Such a shame, at least copy and paste the actual lyrics. Also good reaction, honest as always.

I agree with you dee, jhope doesn’t really fit the rap line, at least on some songs. Fun fact, he just got into rap so I see why u say he doesn’t fit. He was just apart of the dance line. I personally feel like some of their other songs fit his vibe more. Jhope does has a pretty good singing voice when he does sing tho

I love the people who attempt to do translations but sometimes it's just not that easy. Korean sentence structure is the complete opposite of English. They also have phrases that would only make sense in Korean. I have seen Korean reactors say they couldn't come up with English words that would make certain Korean sayings make sense to us. A translator would have to know English and Korean fluently to make 90% of certain things make sense.

Am I the only one who loves when Dee makes eye contact with the camera with that desperate look on her face right before she starts laughing ? 😂😂😭 I love it

Yea the translations aren’t exact and it is hard to translate exactly but sometimes i do be like “wtf is they talking about” but it do flow more, sound better, allat in Korean then it do English, i be like why they using all these big ass words but in english the word could be 11 letters and only 4 letters in Korean

Abigail

Yes, so true! I'm grateful for those who try translating because I'll be able to have an idea of what they're saying but many sentences are just difficult to translate because of the figure of speech used, cultural contexts, etc.

Someone 100% needs to recommend “Ddaeng” as well as the explanation video of it

Yeah the lyrics arent correct it’s really hard for people to translate the Korean correctly and then when you try to translate it to English it doesn’t make sense to us because they’re using a lot of Korean slang or metaphors or a lot of word play but it actually is really good you have to watch like explained videos to actually understand what they are talking about but this was just bad translation. I find it best to either watch a lyric video then watch the live performance or the other way around because it’s never good when it’s subs on the video it’s always mistranslated.
