Create a library of reference images to copy whenever you need.
When you want to draw a character in a specific pose, the first thing to do is find a good reference image. If you get a good reference, your drawing will be good. But if you have a low resolution reference or cut image, you will have to invent certain details of the drawing and you will suffer a lot. In the example I have put the two references that I used to draw Kale in that pose. This makes the process much easier. Don't worry about using reference, this is not cheating. The great masters recommend drawing with a real model as a reference to study anatomy.
