Sara

I have been waiting! Thank you for the upload 🫡🤍

this episode is so traumatic 🥲

Mahima

FINALYYY!!

Eurone

Omg this episode was so painful to watch, I hate those on-site voting sometimes, it is and will always be a matter of popularity sadly and I can't help but feel bad for Woongki. He went through so much ever since he started his career in this industry and I hate that I can't do anything more to help him. You don't (kinda never) see people like him often and he has been nothing but a ball of sunshine in Boys Planet, I hope he will be safe for this elimination!

Izak

for the law thing , i think they were saying that they didn't show the part that they choreographed themselves which is part of the mission and so the only way to evaluate them fully would be to compare to the original and which they won't beat

cynthia li

ooh I've been waiting for this! alas, it's 4am and I need to be up at 8 lol, so will have to wait for tomorrow! however just popping in to promote zhang hao's fancam because holy moly it's a pure seratonin boost

sel

I think the mentors meant that they didn't have enough original choreo. The mission was partly to choreograph the dance and also create a rap. You're allowed to keep the original chorus, but the rest has to be made by the team.

hayun lee

god the feel special portion made me so mad LMFAO. for krystian last mission and ma jingxiang this episode, the conflict was there but mnet cranked it up to a 10 with editing or inaccurate translations to make it look even worse. but chinese speakers confirmed that shuaibo said what he said about woonggi, and him winning first in his team just because of his looks is so frustrating. looks have always been important for these shows so i didn't mind it at first, but i feel like the fandom's obsession with the trainees' visuals is worse in boys planet than any other survival show i've seen.

jeffavenue

that’s why this whole mid-evaluation thing is not ideal cause you’re barely seeing the full potential of the whole performance. if they had like 2 days before this, no one is gonna have that dance break finished. they really should move this a little bit later for a more optimal session.

Maddie Ash

one thing that made taerae’s performance even better to me was that during his parts he was looking and smiling at the audience rather than the camera !! it really showed that he just loves to sing

Jana Bcles

Ugh zhang hao is not just talented and an amazing performer but he’s also such a beautiful person inside 🥹 and he’s so adorable when he speaks Korean 🤣 aaaaand he’s funny like seriously the whole package 😅 and yessssss Krystians voice was sexy AF! I love a good raspy voice 😫

Jay

I think PH1 was in the middle of a tour so he's in and out and mnet chose Bobby bc he has a comeback soon

Maddie Ash

mnet has had unfair editing of ma jingxiang since the start of the show, the audience of the performance said the leader (sungmin) mentioned that ma jingxiang had learnt the dance and taught the members, and he had also been spotted at the hospital by fans bcos he was sick, but all mnet showed was him having arguments (while very obviously stressed, and not in good condition). so considering what wasn’t shown it makes sense why he felt he needed to use free time to practice more and was very easily agitated and on edge. also you did mention it but i wanted to clarify that the reason some vocals were prerecorded - like ricky - was because rush hour was rap + dance, so they wouldn’t be evaluated on live singing as it isn’t part of their mission !

I am glad you officially joined the Taerae stan club. There's just something about him that is so incredibly charming and in addition to that he's one of the top vocalists in the show so it's an easy pick for me. "Feel Special" was the first time this show genuinely left me upset. You pointing out how Feel Special is literally Shuaibo's favourite song yet we are somehow to believe that he didn't know the lyrics? That felt like him wanting to genuinely sabotage his teammates. Literally everything being stacked against Woonggi's favour and him still trying his absolute best to make it work somehow. Him doing like 95% of the work of the mission meant for a whole team and then not even getting the onsite vote? Even with the star creators not knowing the story, he literally carried the performance on his back. You can tell just how much this performance meant to him and i think knowing how well he would've done did he not have a team that constantly dragged him down or were bystanders at best makes it even more upsetting. He's the one contestant I want to make it through this elimination more than anyone. For Butterfly I really resonated with Junseo's arc. I've personally had a few performances and just situations in life where I start out nervous, during practice get better and am able to perform consistently and then during the performance it comes crashing down making it look like i didn't practice at all or not as much as I needed to. It's incredibly frustrating knowing that you're able to do something in practice but during the performance it just gets ruined by anxiety making your mind spin and work on auto pilot. Tomboy was my favourite performance so far. These "Avenger" teams usually have a bitter taste associated with them purely because they never manage to meet expectations but I think these 4 finally did it. Like you said each individual got to show off their own skills without overshadowing another. It was the perfect amount of team work and showing off one's individual skills. I also think it is incredibly heartwarming how Hanbin and Zhang Hao constantly uplift, help and improve each other. I am glad this isn't seen as a K vs G group "who is the better center" rivalry but rather as two top performing contestants being great friends and performers. You can also tell that Hui didn't feel as pressured as last challenge and was a lot more confident in his abilities. His high note was in my opinion way better and healthier sounding than the one in Love me Right. Amazing video as always! Can't believe we are more than halfway done with the show already. The final and ranking announcement will probably make me not work for the entire day until it's over and then some time after that lol.

Tabea

"I bet people ship them" yes! my precious Haobin. Their bond is so heartwarming and they're very similar, not to mention both the centers of their teams. In behind the scenes content Hanbin even admitted that he chose Tomboy because Zhanghao was in that team and he wanted to perform together with him... very cute. Anyways this episode was so hard to watch, it made me feel anxious on everyone's behalf and even though they mostly ended up doing better than during practice, I couldn't enjoy the rush hour and feel special performance at all. There was just this looming feeling of sadness. I was definitely impressed by Limousine and OMG the Not Spring, Love or Cherry Blossom performance of Doha, Jeong I Chan and Daeul?? I went in with no expectations but it was one of my favorites, I enjoyed it so much. Agree with your sentiments that they'd actually make a good proper trio together. Tomboy was obviously amazing, I can't stop watching Zhanghao's fancam... I'm relieved because there seems to be spoilers that Woongi thankfully (and deservedly so) survived the elimination, otherwise I would have been heartbroken.

Juan Mireles

I believe some of the singing parts were lip synced because its not what that group was focused on. For example law was a rap & dance focused group so they focused on that. Tomboy group mission was singing &rap so that’s what was more important than crazy dance moves.

wooyo

I haven’t really noticed taerae up until last week’s episode and now his my one pick. There’s just something so addicting about his voice and his smile🥹 Hope he makes it in the debut line!

elise

Here come my big comment : Since you mentionned Ji Yunseo, I learned he is Nayeon (TWICE)'s cousin yesterday 🤣 LAW TEAM It's sad to see Yujin so scared of Baek Koo Young when suddenly he appear, honestly I would be curious how it goes with others masters because we only see screentime of Yujin training with him I think (?). That would have been cool to see how it's work with LIP J or the other dance master. I wish we could get more LIP J during the training/interim. LAW TEAM was good, I love Wang Zihao part of the choreography however when I watched it, I felt like something was missing and what you say make sense now about more imagery and formation, also their rap is good but I wasn't fond of it that much. MAN IN LOVE TEAM I love the vocals coach on this, they are critical but you see them giving advices, ONESTAR sometime can be really harsh but when he give advices they are so good also outside of everything he is so funny. It's the same for Seokhoon, he was in several PRODUCE show and I always appreciate what he was doing, his advices are always so great (also it's not related to TEAM MAN IN LOVE but I like the fact we see him helping behind for TWICE TEAM) A lot of praise for Taerae and totally deserved, I wasn't worried for him at all, he already proved himself since the start. However, I want to praise Dongyeol in this team. In my opinion, he have the voice that suit this INFINITE's song. That's why I think Taerae and Dongyeol make a good duo, you have Taerae who bring something a little new with his touch also very emotional in a way (?) and Dongyeol who suit the original song a lot and nail his part. Also he is such a good leader, helping everyone especially Woojin. For Woojin, last time he was in HOT SAUCE, I'm not sure of his position but he didnt rap in HS, I feel like he mostly took the rap part because it was needed. Mingyu did great during the rap part still a bit too loud during the singing part but that was fine RUSH HOUR Such a big headache it gave me. Also bother me how people fall for MNET tricks, Ma Jing Xiang got shitted on when honestly both Ricky and him weren't really in the wrong (since we don't have the full context). I don't know how it's work if everything was done already and Ricky kept giving idea or they were still creating the performance but without context none of them is wrong because their intention weren't bad I think. Ricky wanted to give a lot of ideas because he want the best for the team and MJX actually wrote he get seriously anxious without practices so I get why he build a sort of wall to learn also I'm sorry but you can feel/see the fact he isn't feeling good/well. Also he is one of the trainee who helped the others to learn the choreography so he wasn't that bad. Honestly I totally put myself in MJX shoes, I know some didn't like how he cut Sungmin and I get it but you can feel he had a hard time processing everything, also I think he must had a hard time with communication because Korean and he had some frustration building up so he needed his time to calm down a bit. I'm glad they talked about it peacefully, for the hug sometime people aren't comfortable with contact maybe that's why it could have been awkard but personally I feel like they were okay after the stage. Honestly MNET get old with those kind of edit, they always have the same scheme, they love to show G-trainees always having "fight" and tension especially if they are Chinese and start to gain popularity, a way to make their rank fall because some buy everything you show them. Sungmin was a TO1 member (like Woonggi the one who carried FEEL SPECIAL TEAM). I don't think it's right to say he left his group for this show, the reason is even worse in my opinion , a lot of people talk about the fact that both Woonggi and him might have get kicked out (because suddenly the agency add news members and talk about "a change of image", i'm not fan of them so I can't talk deeply about it but there were others reasons for people to think this). Also it seem like the agency won't give them another chance they don't even put them with the others WAKEONE trainees. Personally I enjoyed the performance if we don't take what happen during the practice, sure they weren't in sync but since I'm not pro with the dance aspect it doesn't bother me too much I guess and I didn't see problem with the teamwork at the end. I don't think the fact they weren't in sync is directly because of teamwork LIMOUSINE TEAM : My second favorite performance It's so funny how suddenly Krystian image changed now and how I saw people apologizing to him, MNET found some news victims for this episode. I don't know when it was filmed but PH1 have a TOUR however since we see him for the performance stage, it seem more like firstly : maybe they need more than 1 rap master since there were two categories who needed rap ( VOCAL + RAP / RAP + DANCE) or it's MNET's doing because he did several tweets talking about his screentime "i might need to start #findph1challenge" he also wrote : "ppl be asking me, how come you don't got no screen time on Boys Planet?... ay look. there are very little rap parts in their performances so what can i even talk about? soon though... soon.. watch me glow up". . It's seem like he was waiting for it so maybe MNET didn't air it? Jihoo did caught my eyes during HOT SAUCE but here he definitely shined and GOOD FOR HIM. That's a thing I hate with MNET and their screentime, they hide so many talented trainees if we don't search more and it's suck he only got to shine now like some others trainees because it's air just around when the votes end [that's why it's better to have your performance the episode before.] Anthony definitely surprised me, I also wasn't impressed by him last time. When it's come to him being high at first, it was because he did PRODUCE JAPAN (who created INI) I guess and also since he is half Filipinos, some Filipinos vote for him. I saw a reaction video of a Pro and he talk about the fact that the thing with Anthony is that his vocal become unstable when he dance. Krystian MY REVELATION, his voice punched me that's the only thing I can say. I love his part so much. It's my second fav, even if Anthony went too fast at the start it's not a big mistake and they picked up well. I feel like the performance is even better when you watch it full without cut, it's hit harder and if you add the lyrics too. I honestly cried during the performance (yeah i'm weak) If you want lyrics : https://twitter.com/noamontana6/status/1636472036108148739?s=20 FEEL SPECIAL So much to talk on this one... I will get to the main point : Shuaibo Honestly if he doesnt know the lyrics I can understand this point personnally, because even with my favorite song I don't know the lyrics, it's just yogurt, What I don't like : Not trying. If it's your favorite song you should just try and enjoy? For me, he was saying he couldn't but from what we saw at least, he didn't even try and that's what annoy me the most. Even if it's hard and he can't do it, it's not like they couldn't try to arrange the song? it's Cai Jin Xin who had to propose/think about lowering the note. If you have a hard time at least, try, you don't lose anything, you can maybe try to find a solution but show that you want to do it, put your soul into it because otherwise : Why are you here? I'm sure there are plenty contestants especially some who got eliminated who would want to be at your place You know me, I often stay neutral and try to find explanation, he already get a lot of sinophobic comments and I can't really judge someone just by a show however, honestly, as much as I saw some editing for Krystian/MJX & Ricky, here I can't, there is nothing to defend. I have a Chinese in your Wumuti group chat and she said he was actually rude (she talked about how he also pointed Woonggi bed with his feet while talking about him, she said it's a direspectful move to do) , from what she told us, a lot of chinese fans didn't like his attitude too. In my opinion, he was the main problem of FEEL SPECIAL TEAM. I think it's because he gave up his part that Woonggi had to do so much? The atmosphere wasn't good because he wasn't open at all, he wasn't even trying. I think the others did the part they were given at the start (?) so I have nothing against them even if they had hard time, they tried at least. Honestly I could feel that both Donggun and Cai Ji Xin were trying to arrange it and seemed to be concerned. CJX proposed to lower the key because yeah you can find solution if you have a problem, it's not like you can't arrange the song, it was smart of him to propose this. Also Donggun didn't want Woonggi to do everything by himself, he really tried the part but failed so I can get why he didn't took it but at least you heard him try to sing it not like Shuaibo where you hear nothing Donggun's dancing was really good he caught my eyes on this Woonggi = MVP This man carried the performance, I don't know how he was able to pull everything without mistake when he had all the chorus by himself. He was being too nice, at some point if I had to carry everything I would have being frustrated and I would have become the worse person ever. Also Choi Youngjoon looking "concerned", more then this, I do think he had a hard time seeing Woonggi like that, doing a lot by himself since Youngjoon actually worked a bit with TO1 so, he know Woonggi. I'm worried for Woonggi since he was near elimination, I hope he will make it after this Don't worry about the result, everyone was upset. That's another point I don't like, making the public vote, it's always come down to popularity for X reason. I get it's to make the audience come and also interest viewers but I liked GIRLS PLANET way better on this point, the fact the winners were chosen by the masters, it was more professionnal and neutral. NOT SPRING, LOVE OR CHERRY BLOSSOMS TEAM If I say it's also one of my favorite performance?.... It's just totally my type of song. I was also scared at first when I saw both Doha and Daeul in one team. I didn't fear for Ichan because for DANGER PERFORMANCE, he was actually sick and took the part who was hard for everyone also I knew what he was capable of since he have several covers/works. They can finally shine because they have a song that suit them, this song totally suited Doha low range, I loved both his singing and rapping on this one. I was less fond of Daeul part but he did pretty good if you see his journey I love Doha motivation, you can see he really want to make it, this is what I want to see if you are here, even if you have difficulty ; try again and again Show me that you want to improve BUTTERFLY Chen Kuan Jui, my second pick for a reason, first, I love his leadership and the whole team spirit is so good, he is such a sweetheart but the main point is : he is such a talented dancer. Some part of the choreography are so beautiful when they make a wing for example but especially his solo part, he was so etheral, I wish I could have witness it in live. MNET is just annoying with all their cut during this part, let us watch. It's a shame Junseo had some mistake but he deserve so much pray for all the effort he made, I can't wait to see him improve even more, I hope he can be even more confident in the futur. Also big up to QUEEN LIP J, WE ALL NEED HER. I hope MNET give her more screentime, she is such a good master with a good vibe. TOMBOY I'm glad Hanbin have people he can confide to and that he also don't keep everything for him. Wumuti being everyone mom on this show, it's good he said to Hanbin that it's okay to cry especially in those moments, honestly crying help to let everything out, it's really not bad, it's better then just keep everything and end up feeling even worse. Zhanghao would be in my pick if I didn't have others picks ( who need to be saved), he have everything. His vocal are so good, his leadership is 10/10, I love the fact that he take time to help others trainees even if he doesn't have to. His personnality is so sweet. I loved the stage but it's not in my top3 I guess? FINAL RESULT : I get why TOMBOY won in VOCAL&RAP, even if Limousine is my favourite, Anthony had a mistake had the start and even if I like MAN IN LOVE/NOT SPRING LOVE OR BLOSSOMS a bit better (yeah i'm weird I guess) there were some default in contrast of TOMBOY I also get why LOVE KILLA won VOCAL&DANCE still I'm a bit upset seeing BUTTERFLY score so low, I liked it better than HOME or FEEL SPECIAL RAP&DANCE This is where I disagree with the winner. (maybe I'm also biased) For me, ZOOM TEAM was better, overall their performance was more solid, I thought the rappers were better than LAW TEAM and they had 50/50 when it's come to dance and rap, everyone shined in this performance and were able to show their different color. I'm sad they didn't win because both Wumuti and Hyunbeen are around #40, Ollie was 26 so really close of the limit, it would have helped them so much but you know still happy for LAW TEAM especially Park Hanbin since he started to caught my eyes Now praying for the elimination round, it will hurt like hell

Naomi Pannell

not jeff keep saying P1H, and not PH1😂

Feel special is such a good feeling song but it almost made me tear up because of Woongki. Krystian and Mai may come as "problematic" or "agressive" but at the end is because they want to do a good performance and that's totally fine and understandable. It's just that their communication was a little off. But Shuia Bo made me so mad. He just totally gave up and didn't try to do his best. There were trainees who were off pitch and their dance is not that good but you care for them because their hard work. A lot of eliminated trainees would be upset to see this guy doing nothing and getting high scores just because his looks. Seeing Woogki work so hard made a lot of viewers vote for him even though he was not their pick (me included). Also Shuai Bo was super rude to be pointing Woongki's bed with his foot (I don't know if it is a cultural thing but that's unacceptable here in Korea). At the end I think viewers will pick trainees with talent and potential or at least trainees who are trying to do their best.

Blue Bleu

You can also see a lot of dancing videos, especially newer ones, that Sung Hanbin posted himself on his Instagram. It’s called beeeeen_0613. Most of it are more of his hip hop dances. I really hope Sung Hanbin will get a chance to showcase his advanced dancing skills on the show. His dance skills deserves to shine.

eve_ss

Now I just realized why I've been getting pulled by Taerae, he has that 2nd gen voice that I love so much!! The emotion, his tone, his smile, he fr sounds like a "Man In Love" 😍 Their performance was one the best from this mission imo 💯👏🏻

cynthia li

Just to preface, the voting for this round wasn't a 'choose one trainee' situation like it was last round. This one was based on an 'A or B' thing. So if you thought a trainee did well, you gave them an A, and if you think they needed to improve, you gave a B. Hence why the scores were more evenly distributed. I much preferred this style of voting (feel special debacle aside) LAW The challenges have areas marked out for trainees to come up with their own choreo and to write their own raps (and vocal groups can rearrange the song). So that's why they asked for the self-made choreo I recommend everyone watch Wang Zihao's fancam because he is KILLING it there. Like. Damn. I really enjoyed this performance and thought the dancing was possibly the absolute best we've seen on this show. The self-made choreography was fantastic. I agree the transitions were a bit less polished though. Yeah, I completely agree about Yujin with Baek Guyoung. I don't think Baek has been necessarily *more* harsh towards Yujin than the other contestants, but because of Yujin's age and the amount of pressure he's under, I can see why he'd develop anxiety around Baek specifically. Park Hanbin is such a good leader. Like he's Spartan yeah, but he's also really nice and friendly so people don't feel like they're under a dictator? He inspires hard work. MAN IN LOVE You're right - I was always kind of ??? about Taerae's popularity before this, but seeing this performance sold me on him in the Top 9. I'm unfortunately out of voting slots but I'd love to see him debut I agree that Dongyeol was generally outshone by Taerae here, but I think he was a very integral supporting pillar in this performance. Minggyu is such a bro. I love him. Like, he's not anywhere near debut ready, but he's just got such a bright, happy, hardworking presence that I can't help but like him RUSH HOUR So I don't think anyone was an asshole here. I think everyone wanted the best for the team - Ma Jingxiang was aware of the skill gap (especially Takuto) and wanted to perfect the choreo first. I can't say he was wrong about that, considering they were noticeably out of sync during the actual performance. On the other hand, Ricky wanted to jazz up the formations and choreo, which also isn't wrong because after Jay and Kamdem killed this song in the intro stage, they needed something new to stand out. I also heard that Ma Jingxiang was very sick during this period, so it only added to the stress. However, I do think that led to him being more stubborn than he should've been (the pushing thing for me, was the most unreasonable aspect of it all), and that caused real conflict between the group. It's a rough time, and understandable considering the circumstances, but considering the frequent pressure idols are under, I think he will need to develop a better ability to cope under stress if he wants to continue pursuing this route I understand what you're saying about Ricky and time and place, and I think you're right on that. It feels like Ricky is used to working with his Yuehua team, who know each other really well and probably let ideas flow freely like this. I think the base competency levels of the Yuehua team is high enough that this would be fine, but it's difficult in a more unbalanced group like this. I felt most sorry for Hiroto and Seungmin with this. I think their late night conversation is a poignant reminder as to what's at stake here for these trainees. The performance was underwhelming IMO. Even divorced from the backstory, it was unsynchronized and kind of low energy. I think the tension just affected the performance too much. LIMOUSINE THIS PERFORMANCE SHOULD HAVE AIRED IN EPISODE 6. I am so mad. It was so good and would have saved them. Like. Shit. This was the most fucked up meta thing Mnet has ever done. To be honest, I don't think Mnet is really that bothered about showing it. They know it works. A big part of this show is making the audience feel like it's the audience + trainees vs Mnet. this creates more enthusiastic and protective fans. Jihoo was definitely the standout for me. He was RAW. But Anthonny and Krystian both slayed as well. FEEL SPECIAL I don't know what Shuaibo is like outside this show, but I think he was aware that he was coasting by on looking pretty. I think he didn't want to harm his image by revealing his lack of refined skills, and that led to the whole kerfuffle. He thought he was safe and acted out as a result. It was, to put it simply, not at all a good look on him. I also think he kind of looks down on Woongki. Woongki won a lot of hearts and sympathy from this episode. He's currently a potential contender for 28th place (the cut off) and I desperately hope he makes it through. He hard carried that whole team from beginning to end. But yeah, I ended up crying watching him sing. He just seemed so desperate, despite his bright smile. I hurt. BUTTERFLY I love Kuanjui so much. Like honestly. He's the SWEETEST. And his dancing is just phenomenal. I felt bad for Junseo. He tried very very hard, but in the end nerves got the best of him. He has so little training though, and his voice is genuinely really good when he gets it. I think he'll have a bright future given a bit more time. As an aside, I wish more behind the scenes were like this. It was funny, light hearted, encouraging and constructive. NOT LOVE, SPRING OR CHERRY BLOSSOMS I genuinely did not expect this group of all groups to be the palette cleanser I needed after the emotional roller coaster of Feel Special, but thank god. They did well. The song was fortunately perfectly suited to them. Being able to lower the key and sing in their comfortable registers really helped them. I Chan did great especially. TOMBOY The segments with Zhang Hao and Sung Hanbin hit me hard, because it was pretty much having my own struggles with imposter syndrome put up on the big screen lol. I'm really glad they've got each other for support. I think, both being centres and thus having high high expectations on them since the beginning, really is a unique experience only they can truly get. IMO, they're both the trainees who have to be 'perfect' the most. Sung Hanbin knows he's the one top right now, but any slip up could have him crashing down. There's a not insignificant subset of people waiting for him to screw up. Hao, I think, knows full well that he's the 'token' Chinese pick, and that he has to be perfect to keep his spot in the debut lineup (think model minority). It's rough. I do wish we had more Hui and Gunwook screentime, but when I think back on it, both Hui and Gunwook had significant storylines in the first mission, while neither Hao or Hanbin really had significant storylines. They were always a B-plot to the other members, in a sense? So I'm okay with the focus here. But yes, the performance. THE PERFORMANCE. They ate, devoured, delivered, slayed. Every adjective out there. Hui's vocals were a perfect fit and in perfect condition, Gunwook's rap gave me chills, Hanbin showed off his veryyyyy clean vocals, and Hao just embodied this stage. He was definitely the star of the show for me. His vocals were resonant, his dancing clean, and his attitude a perfect mix of femininity, brattiness and fuck-off swag for this song. To anyone who hasn't watched it, or are wondering why Hao placed first, seriously check out his fancam. It's fantastic. He was really feeling the stage and it showed. His little expressions all throughout just sells it.

Dan

For Ricky, I really hope he meets good teammates nextime. Because he was just giving ideas and opinions… If he was in other teams which like all the teammates has basic skills and if the team were constructed, Ricky’s ideas much have been sooo good for the team…

Dan

Mnet just trying to evil edit everyone. I don’t hate JingXiang, I actually understand him why he is acting like this but Kpop group is about teamwork.. at least that’s what I think..

Jade

Jihoo was shown in the last round he was the center for hot sauce! He was covered in that ugly puffer + goggles though

Malin Stalheim

Yeah Woonki not getting 1st in his team made lose faith in humanity (at least the star creators in the venue). He is such a sweet, bright soul and for him to get treated that way after saving his teams asses, he deserve so much more. Those who say Mnet evil edited Shuiabo are just making up excuses for his poor behaviour and bad attitude. And damn Tomboy team slayed that performance, probably my favourite together with Zoom. Zhang Hao has quickly become my one pick, I’m so impressed by him!

Seán

I'm glad you switched to viu, I've watched boys planet on both viu and viki and viu definitely does a better job of translating the subs.

Eurone

Gonna add this quickly but I've been browsing on twitter a lot these past few hours and I came across a thread saying that the wakeone trainees, and I don't know if it's both K and G group or just one, were actually supposed and READY to debut but instead went on Boys Planet, to which I thought was more of a marketing/promotion strategy (That's actually what I thought when K team performed 'the real' - it just felt polished and debut worthy already imo). However it seems like the company has no plan for them after the end of the show ? It's not like they're postponing it, they're straight up not planning on debuting them at all anymore ? And that's just so weird. Wakeone sucks at management and it's such a shame knowing how their trainees are/were doing so good : Park Hanbin, 2 Junghyun's, Taerae, Minseok, Haruto, Anthonny, Min, Woongki and Sungmin. Especially knowing how half of this batch already experienced survival shows several times in the past, I hope everything will work out for them regardless of the outcome.

vega

About Bobby being here and not Ph1 it's because they only have one rap mentor but three for the dance and vocal so they mentor at the same time different team and they need other rap teacher. In the cover mission they had Lil Boi too.

Shila

Jeff I can’t played ur old video huhuhu

Firstly, the on-site voting is still ridiculous because why didnt you vote for the one person who sing the whole chorus twice. Second, I firmly believe Zoom shouldve won, its just something about it, you know? Third, yes people do ship HaoBin I mean they're not only shipped together but its like a top 4(keita, hao, hanbin, and matthew) thing with Yujin being shipped with Ollie.

Ive heard that knetizens didnt fall for the evil edits between Ricky and Ma JingXiang. Saying that Mnet cant/ shouldn’t pit 2 handsome boys against each other and that their Korean is good LMAO 😭 But literally every time the camera man came up to them when there was tension Ricky was giving the HARD SIDE EYE

Also i think that is peak pretty privilege 😂

My favorite performances are Law , limousine , zoom and man in love. Tomboy was really solid as well but I don’t find myself rewatching it again. Seunghwan did so good in gang performance I’m so proud of him i hope he get more support🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺

This round wasn’t a cover challenge, it’s to compete in dual-positions. So I agree that LAW team copying the choreo 1-to-1 would be disadvantageous for them because their dancing would be directly compared to the original. Could seem lacklustre/unpolished. Like in the case of the Rush Hour performances where the mentors and audience already have a baseline to judge against.

I think I'm the only person who actually really really liked Doha and Mingyu's singing voiced. Don't get me wrong, the rapping sounded nice to, but for Mingyu, I think it almost sounded a bit raspy instead of strained when he sang, and I actually really like an imperfect tone. Blame my ADHD and boredom with things that fit a mold. Doha's voice also sounded great with rapping and I think he did slightly better than Mingyu, but GOD Doha's deep and soft tone when singing is absolutely addictive to me. And I know I'm in the minority with this opinion but that's fine. I hope they both continue to try and improve and become idols even if they can't make it into Bep1er

Moonlight Is A Mixer

btw from what i read online, they mis-translated what shuaibo said after the rehearsal i read that some c-fans said that he wasn’t saying that woonggi didn’t explain the choreo, he was complaining that mnet didn’t give him a translator so he didn’t understand what woonggi said
