I had to pause the video to comment on the Ni-ki AOTM. I agree with your take on Niki's AOTM, which said that the choreography lacked some oomph that would essentially take Niki's dance persona as a performer. I understand there are some hip-hop/street-style types of dances, but I felt it didn't wow me. I thought I had already seen the choreography before. Ni=ki and Jungwon's ATOM Mix-and-Max feature wowed me because it brought all the concepts of dance lines, facial expressions, and storytelling into one performance. In a sense, Ni-ki has always excelled in solo dances during Enhypen's stages/performances, which embodied the soul of Enhypen's music/dances. However, in this particular AOTM performance, I felt he did not fully showcase the unique flair and innovation he's capable of. While his technical skills and execution were undoubtedly impressive, the choreography seemed repetitive and lacked the creative spark to set truly memorable performances apart. It's not just about the moves but how dances tell a story and captivate the audience. I hope to see Ni-ki push his boundaries in future performances, embracing more diverse styles and infusing his routines with the emotional depth and originality that can genuinely highlight his talent. If I see any stages or Enhypen content that is interesting, I will let you know.

We're thinking all the same.. Brought The Heat Back is just so good ❤️‍🔥 I also like Paranormal/Moonstruck but Highway 1009 is such meaningful one for me bec it is a fan song that is self-composed, written and produced by Heeseung himself.

Thank you for the reaction! I personally enjoyed all the songs. Besides the title track, my favorite is paranormal love and moonstruck. It is funny how you didn't care for Hundred Broken Hearts, as that is the paired track they are promoting...it has partial choreo though. I hope you react to their stage performances/studio choom. They also did their comeback showcase again. You reacted to the Dark Blood one, so maybe you would like to check out this one as well. Lastly, Heeseung produced Highway 1009, and the every member contributed in writing the lyrics (including heeseung). 1009 means the date ENGENES was announced, October 9.

Behind Story of Highway 1009 a self-written, composed and produced song by Heeseung. Heeseung said that when they were working on the album tracklist, he says "This is it, this is my chance!" then yeah he was able to make the first fan song for engenes. It also just took him 3 hours to do the song all in and he presented it to the label and he said they were blown away. But also because he wants it to be more meaningful as a fan song he asked the members to contribute in the writing of the lyrics to have their perspective so you can say the Highway 1009 final version is the second version already cause the first one is just solely written by him. Even the members said that when they first heard heeseung's demo they though it was justine bieber haha. Jungwon even add that this song is really almost made by heeseung all alone.

hi jeff!! thanks for your reaction !! my favorite songs have to be moonstruck, highway 1009 and brought the heat back, however, i truly enjoy all of the songs so much; no skips for me ! ❤️

Been waiting for your reaction 😁 my fav track would be moonstruck,hbh, highway1009. XO as the title track suit for the album centering around romance I guess 😂 Brought the beat back really suit jay most I think, & his high note is 💯 BTHB and paranormal really gonna be the concert encore or something. Jungwonie contributed to composing & write hundred broken hearts 🙌 Highway 1009 produced by Heeseung, co write by all the members 😭 (1009 is the date when Engene fandom was announced, 9th oct). If you don't mind, I hope you can react to - comeback stage xo & hundred broken hearts (the bside they promoted this time), preferably inkigayo stage 😁 - Paranormal live showcase (this song is so so much better during live tho)

thank u for this! i’m not alone lol! the choreo for niki’s solo in fate+ shows him off more. and yes mix & match was top tier! but im glad he was able to try a different genre nonetheless ☺️

Actually, your thoughts that you shared about Ni-Ki 's aotm was interesting to hear! I was curious what you would think and while I wish I can watch the reaction, I completely understand why you didn't want to share it. I'm not a dancer, so I loved it, but I never thought about what other performers might think, whether they liked it or not🤔

brought the heat back is ni-ki's all-time favorite song from the album, he mentioned it like 10x already i feel like lmao, mentioned it again on weverse earlier today with a random photo of the sky🤣 he's obsessed lol. but yeah, i don't mind with you not reacting to ni-ki's aotm! thank you for clarifying, i also am more of a fan for ni-ki's more fluid dancing style like when he did during fate or fatal trouble but boy LOVES hiphop so what can i say😂 as long as he's happy haha for variety shows i think it's best for you to react to 1n2d (i dont think they would guest in other more fun shows, there's no other announcements so far), the 1st ep was aired ytd and it was still SO FUNNY like the prev eps they were in, they were even more comfortable now, you won't regret! the 2nd ep will be later this week so maybe you'd want to wait for that first before reacting to the whole thing.

Hi Jeff sharing with you Highway 1009 has a Narr. Ver. (CD only) Where at the end of the song they spoke 7 different languages including tagalog ❤ thank you po for always supporting our boys 😍

I love your reactions to Enhypen! Heeseung composed Highway 1009 and produced and originally wrote lyrics to it but then when it became a fan song, he decided to have all the members contribute to the lyrics. Heeseung was interviewed on Weverse about the song, and they ended it with him saying that he is either coming out with an album or mixed tape later this year. I can’t wait.

I personally as a dancer disagree a bit on your take of NI-KI's AOTM but totally totally understand where you are coming from and respect it!! Totally understand why would not want to share that and definitely would never want you to get hate (:, but I personally think this style of dancing and choreography suited him incredibly and that he was hitting all those beats crazily, especially since most of HIS ideas were put into the planning for this and his thoughts for choreography were taken into consideration for this, but that's just my opinion haha, totally still get where your coming from. Definitely not the most difficult thing he has put out there like you said but still proud of him! :)

Also I think all the members either helped produced or wrote lyrics for this album which was absolutely heartwarming to me and also HIGHway 1009 is the song made for ENGENES by enhypen which includes many diff languages which was incredible to heart to💟! SOOO proud of them
