Narrative Declaration Update - July 2024 (Patreon)

Zoran here with a few important updates for you all.

We've been grateful for your support on Patreon thus far. The team and I would like to thank you for sticking with us. We're so happy people are enjoying the Kingmaker campaign! And we're excited to create more for you.

Merch Update

We're getting merch made! I am reviewing the prototypes as we speak and fixing any errors before we start readying them for sale!

These merch items will be limited when made available, so you best be ready when we make some announcements!

(Don't worry about the sticker's wonky cut outs. The test ones got cut out by hand.)

We're still waiting on T-Shirts to be prototyped and shipped to me.

Rotgrind Campaign Update

The Rotgrind Campaign is on hiatus as we prepare for the next season! We wanted to give the next season more time to develop than the last. We want to get new overlay art, update the character's art, redo some stream assets, and more.

We feel the third season got rushed into a bit too quickly, and we wanted to iron some things out before diving into our next adventure. Speaking of which...

An in-between adventure!

There is a significant gap in scheduled content due to Rotgrind's hiatus. To help tide people over, we looked at other game systems to try. We pitched a few internally and figured one system might be interesting to give a whirl. Especially with the approach we'll take.

The campaign will be revealed on July 8th at 6 PM CST on my livestream at https://www.twitch.tv/ZoranTheBear. Helping the Zoran streams thrive helps keep the whole NarDec project alive, so I hope you can attend! (This also helps gauge live audience reactions.)

We will update everyone here on Patreon as things develop!

Rotgoons

In a similar vein to Rotgrind, the Rotgoons campaign is soon coming to an end! They, too, will be put on a much more extended hiatus when their campaign ends. Depending on the player's speed, their campaign should finish in late August or the month after.

This is happening for a few reasons:

• The player's time commitment has shifted, so doing Kingmaker & Rotgoons at the same time has become a problem for some of them. Kingmaker is more flexible for them time-wise due to its pre-recorded nature.

• I, Zoran, need the extra time to develop more content for the campaign and future ones.

• I also need to focus some time elsewhere to help NarDec grow even more!

We've got a lot of plans and future adventures cooking up in the background. Right now, we're reorganizing some things, getting feedback from our players and you, and adjusting things to present these stories better for all of you!
