Some of the Family is experiencing videos not being able to be played. From what I hear its a DROPBOX app issue so if you open the videos in a browser it should be good to play! Just wanted to give everyone the information I had on that issue!

Dropbox works perfectly if u go on the Patreon website on ur phone. That’s how I do it. The Patreon app isn’t good for Dropbox to work correctly.

Dropbox has always been a pain. I can’t watch full screen on drop box directly from the link in your videos so I always have to open it in safari on top of stating I want to continue on the website to get it to go full screen. It doesn’t surprise me it’s once again having issues.

Switching from WiFi to mobile data or back to WiFi usually works for me when using app. If not just keep reloading to video it will work eventually. But yes browser is the best way to watch it.

If anyone got issues with dropbox that a video stops playing but the audio still keeps going. You need to quickly pause and play to fix that.

Is there any way to get the videos that were blocked uploaded again they say the video doesn’t exist

Well luckily I never have any problem... it works fine for me... I only use the patreon apps btw, not opening in the Dropbox apps

yes.. I'm one of them, TG.. no Dropbox apps anymore in my phone.. just watching your videos from the browser
