That Japanese karaoke show that Sana’a grandma watched and said it would be great for Sana to attend is Kouhaku (it’s an annual Japanese New Year’s Eve music show) and Twice has so far appeared on the show for three years in a row. This show it’s like a dream stage for every Japanese idol/singer. So J-line members and their families must be really proud.

You know, Mina used to talk in an interview about her parents' reaction when she got cast. She said she didn't hesitate, but at first, her parents were against it. And then after a while, they said "If the shy and introverted Mina, the Mina who doesn't want to study abroad, wants to go to Korea, we will support you". Thank to her determination, now we have the most wonderful TWICE Mina in the world

Oh yeah so Japan has three main islands (I lived there from 2015 to Oct 2019). The northern Island, Hokkaido, is colder and has a lot of snow (plus snowboarding!) the middle Island, Honshu, kinda has a good mix of both mountains/snow and beachy stuff it's also where Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Hiroshima, etc. are. The southern main island is Okinawa and it has a lot of beaches and warm weather and it's were Naha is.

I said "her smile" the same time you did lol Also I totally get what you mean about the time Sana got mad at Dahyun n crew on 15+1 and it was so shocking. It's like when your quiet friend yells or if your mom is always chewing you out you don't care and suddenly your dad gets annoyed with you you're like "oh crap this is serious." I also think it shook Dahyun a bit because ever since then those two have been extremely, EXTREMELY close and I think that encounter really helped bond them.

Sana's Korean is so good now that she can easily fool native Koreans into thinking she is Korean. The others have Japanese accents. Tzuyu had a very strong Mandarin accent at first, but her Korean has improved a lot. Japanese is much easier for English speakers to pronounce than Korean. Really too bad you didn't learn Korean when you were a kid. It's much harder when you're an adult. Every language has a way of thinking that goes along with it and at some point when you're learning a language your mind will start to change. That can shake you up. Best way to learn is to go to Korea and live in the culture. That really forces you to learn fast just to survive day to day life.

There is actually a video from "Idol Room" where Momo, Sana, Mina and Tzuyu's Korean is tested to see if they can fool a Korean into believing they are Korean. I wont spoil anything else, you should watch it one of these days, its fun to watch.

Sana's charm? Yes, her smile but it's her eyes that get to me. Remember what she did to that judge on Sixteen. He saw it. It's like she's looking into your soul, claiming it for her own. When I first watched Fancy there's a scene where the camera zooms in close on her upturned face. I stopped breathing, frozen until her eyes let me go. That happens every time I watch Fancy. Luckily she always uses her powers for good.

Yes! Doing Twice Tv in order is the best decision you can make. Doing it once a week is going to be a long journey cause there is a lot of content BUT we are all in this together. Btw I hope you also go in order when you do the variety shows reaction. Can't wait for the next video!

The other Twice members did not need to learn Japanese. In fact, there's lots of funny moments when the J-Line is speaking Japanese and the rest of Twice are nodding their heads like "I don't understand but yes, what they said" lol.

One day I saw Sana speak Japanese at the Japan's some document. I thought 'Wow! Sana speak Japanese really well!!!' What a Kim Sana... That name is not just made. Interesting point is that show add Japanese subtitle due to her dialect. Korean TV show does not add subtitle anymore to her...Minatojaki Sana speaks Japanese as her first language, but Kim Sana is... just dangerous... Force to learn language is not just happened in Korea. If people move to other country, it always happened. When I moved to States from Korea, It happened to me too

I love seeing the members help each other out with different languages. There is a Japanese documentary about their Dreamday dome tour that shows Sana helping Jihyo with the Japanese pronunciation of her opening remarks for the concert. It's so precious.

I could go on forever about the charms of each Twice Member. Sana is difficult to explain as there isn't a word accurate enough to describe in words. But I will try :) Sana radiates warm energy she has an aura that is welcoming and happy and yet it is still very soothing at the same time. Like you could lean on her for moral support. She is also so genuine. She does not filter herself or afraid to be who she is. She doesn't act cute to get attention she does things naturally and authentically. You can just tell how much she cares for others and is always willing to be the light when you need it. No Sana No Life

You definitely don't need to rationalize why Mina is your ultimate bias, every girl in twice is awesome and I don't blame anyone for choosing them as their bias. Sana is my bias for pretty much the reasons you listed, Mina was the first member to catch my attention but she's almost too similar in personality to me ha. Sana's charm is almost undefinable, quirky, the duality that she just steps in and out of without even thinking, the positivity. It's not just one thing, it's everything about her. Her charm is literally Sana.

I've became an ONCE 5 years ago through MOMO and right now my bias is Nayeon, but every members in TWICE became my bias at least once within this 5 years. I love all 9 members ❤❤❤

This episode killed me as both Mina and Sana are my biases in Twice! I love your reactions since they're so relatable :) You never need to provide a reason for having a Mina bias, everyone is amazing and it's just down to who you are as a person.

Yea I totally understand how you're feeling with Mina being your bias! It's how I feel about Tzuyu. She charmed me with her looks right when I saw Twice debut but seeing her growth in Sixteen and seeing how she overcame the horrible scandal that happened to her, it made me appreciate and love her so much. Also if you ever get a chance, would love to see you do a deeper dive into SNSD (Girls Generation). They were the reason I got into Kpop and one of the funniest groups I've ever had the pleasure of following. Also the standard role models for most kpop girl groups these days.

If I had joined the fandom now Mina would be my bias... Mina or Dahyun, because now I see sides of them they never showed to us. Dahyun playing piano and singing beautifully, Mina while being an introverted goofing around with the other members but also showing her strong and serious side after she came back. But I'll always love Sana... And I don't even need to tell you why because you always tell us why you like her so you already know ^^ "no Sana no life" isn't just a meaningless phrase... Her persona helps many people (including me) to feel happy, to fight depression and sadness... I'm thankful for her being in Twice.
