His real name is Angelus Raizel Reinheart, he is the second prince of Asteria, known as Asteria's Demon Prince due his cold attitude and sword skill. His father died when he was 7 years old before his eyes. At the same time, a mysterious shadow gave him a dark crystal which changed his hair colour and gave him strange powers. Since then his family has doubted his identity and blamed his father's death on him. The incident brought a heavy trauma for him and changed him into a cold and antisocial person, he also rarely expresses his emotions due to his trauma. Due to his fighting skills, his uncle treated him as a war puppet and wished him to die on the battlefield.

At the age of 17,he was executed by his cousin, Ilex Ferris, who treated him like a mortal enemy and came back to life because of the dark crystal within him. He lived as a hunter under the name Zel, before finally taking the kingdom of Euphorion's throne and taking the Moonfall family as a sign that he was Euphorion royal family. During his time as king, he was described as a cold king who only cared about his duties and often ignored his personal feelings.

When he conquered his homeland, he did it just because of his duties as king not because of his grudge. He allowed his family to live despite their bad treatment in the past and only bound them by agreement because he did not want to allow a prolonged war between his kingdom and his homeland, as well as other kingdoms. He later reunites with the woman he loves as an enemy on the battlefield.
