Hey all,

By popular demand, here is part one of painting banshees! Really discovered a new way I want to paint army minis. I hope you enjoy it. Here is a summary of painting the white.

Base - Mechanicus Standard Grey

Airbrush highlight - Celestra Grey

Blend by spraying mixes of the previous two colours from below

Brush highlight - Ak medium Grey

Brush highlight - Ivory

They look really awesome. I love the approach to army painting, not speed painting and finding whats effective to save time, not just going fast and being sloppy. Looking forward to the second half. If you wanted to save your gunked up pot of paint because you like the colour, I would suggest trying to track down a bottle of "Instar Water+". I dont know what the heck is in it, but it made a pot of Citadel White Scar paint completely usable and....kinda nice.

Great tip! To be honest it just reminded me why I prefer other brands. The AK medium grey is so good!
