Hello everyone,

I have a lot to share with you this month.

First up, we have the T of the Reichguard Knight on foot. This miniature is very special. Some of you might know this, some might not, but the Reichguard was the first unit Last Sword sculpted 10 years ago. Time flies, and we’ve grown and learned a lot since then, especially through those challenging early days.

The unit has evolved and now it resembles much more what we originally envisioned, despite the limitations we had back then.

For September, we’ll be changing our logo and adding a few small surprises.

Regarding this month, we’ve decided to make a slight adjustment to our schedule. We initially planned to release the steam tank with the volley cannon and the Reichguard Great Master on a hippogriff. However, after some team discussions, we believe it would be more effective and interesting to create 3 of the 4 Grand Masters we currently have sculpted on their hippogriffs. If time allows, we’ll also add the wolf master on his wolf, filling an important gap we currently have.

This will allow us to tackle the tank options in a single month in the future, making the pieces more compatible with each other than if we released just one option now. We’ll gain a lot in productivity.

Additionally, the Reichguard will be led by their Master accompanying the High King on foot, which we hope will create a unit that can rival the foot knights of the Panther as a centerpiece.

Finally, next month we won’t be taking our usual vacation. Instead, we’re launching the first elves that have only been available in physical format, which many of you have been asking for. If this month goes well, we’ll prepare the rest of the units we have sculpted in physical format for digital release so you can receive them too :)

Best regards, and I hope you like the plan!

Great for me, thanks for stl files of your elves. Any plan design for "flying" wood elves in november?

Make it a size larger than a horse and base the design on a griffon.
