The school and everything is definitely rich people BS. This show is interesting because it unravels like an onion and does go to some surprising places. The characters do become more relatable as things go on. At this point we're seeing them through the eyes of the gossip. As we get to know them, they become more sympathetic and relatable. You are correct that this is one that one all the awards. Good reaction. We'll have to see if it's one worth coming back to at some point. Oh, and most importantly, you probably do know creepy kid. That's Young Sheldon.

I Am Not Chamari

Big Little Lies won eight Emmy Awards! I think it was popular and acclaimed for mostly everything you named, which is really all you need to win awards! And honestly, I vibe a hell of a lot more with Madeline’s kids than I do with Madeline. We only just met her and she is already insufferable. But the production of Avenue Q was at the community theater and I just think adults were worried about the themes in it, but it was never going to be shown to children. Adam Scott doesn’t feel out of place to me, but I think his character feels like somewhat of an outlier to everyone we’ve met so far. He seems… reasonable and level-headed… which a lot of these characters aren’t. But having watched the show, there is already sooo much here and I find it really exciting how they laid it all out in the first episode, even if it did end like that!
