I think the show forgot Manny and JT dated for at least 4 months. I wish they mentioned that here. But also, Manny was the only one sobbing when they find out JT died. She mourned as soon as it happened, whereas Emma was more in shock and it hit her later and i kind of like that. It shows some people let out all their emotions right away and move on while it takes others longer. And that's consistent with their characters if you think about it. I also think people need to realize Mia is allowed to be sad...it doesn't matter how long you dated someone. It's implied they dated for at least a month, if not longer. And they're seen spending a lot of time together, to the point he babysits her daughter. Of course his current girlfriend is going to be depressed. I'd be upset if someone i knew for even a week died...I do wish we saw more of Spinner and Jimmy being upset though? Spinner hung out with JT quite a lot in the previous seasons and they had this frenemies thing going. But I do like they had him do the memorial, i just wish we actually saw that...
