Isn't that just an ever powerful question? A lot of women only feel like they're being kind when they act like doormats. They only feel happy when people desire them sexually. Or they only feel worthy when they look a certain way. 

I have changed so much with motherhood; it has opened up my heart and allowed me the grace to be freely who I am. I was so hesitant to post this photo, feeling as though it wasn't a great shot or maybe showed too much skin. But, I was watching a random vlog and took a good long look at the woman in the video. It reminded me that confidence is found within, not discovered by having others give it to you.
