I had a story idea once where a guy backed up his consciousness as he was afraid his wife was trying to kill him. When a deadman switch tripped, he woke up in the body of a sexbot, not in the male body that had originally been the plan. I should go back and write that.

I think that’s been written already. Sounds very much like a story I read on Fictionmania. Maybe not the murder plot, but definitely stuck in a sexbot body.
