Time to choose the second change our hero will undergo!
I was considering leaving physical out if the equation this time,
but I think there's still room for some more :p

Anyway, If it wins again,
next poll I'm benching that option for once so we get more variety c:

OPTIONS

Physical:
Example: getting more feminine overall, breast or bum growing, hair color change etc.

Mental:
Example:  Feminine Mannerisms, Submissiveness, sexual orientation etc.

Appearance:
Example: Cosmetics (including fake nails, eyelashes, etc) and Clothes & Underwear change

I'll ask for suggestions later about the changes in particular,
but first I want to know the kind of change that will take place c:

Deadline: Tuesday 12am PT

Big Titty Goth GF

Again, I don't know how long you plan for this comic to be, but if there's enough room, I'd like to see each of the different areas of change happen in at least a couple of stages, like you are doing with the physical changes, so the characters have a chance to realise what is happening and have some reaction that reveals the nature of their true characters and their relationship with each other. I voted for mental changes, but I'd like the first part to maybe involve a complete change of mannerisms and speech, but the character still remains the same personality and orientation for a little while longer, so the two can have a brief conversation about what is happening and how they feel about it - maybe some panic from the one changing and reassurance from the friend. Some cosmetics and clothing changes could be next before the physical changes are finished, so the character doesn't look like a supermodel straight away. Having said all that, Derek's request for a Goth was a good one too. :-)

Mental first is what I'd prefer, I think it would bring about some interesting situations to draw.

If we're voting on what that bottom panel will be, then yes it should absolutely be a mental change.
