ROUNDUP: March, Week 3 (Patreon)

Back with more! I even managed to finally get a personal piece done that I've had in mind for awhile, so I'm glad I get to share it with all of you. :)

1. Float (Kelda, original character): I've been wanting to make something in the style of an old Japanese woodblock print, but it didn't quite work out that way, haha. I hope it still gives the vibe of gentleness and nature and relaxation. Feels nice to draw Kelda again.

2. Annie (OC), FOX (OC), Eliza (Tekken) and Satoru (Jujutsu Kaisen): These were all profile picture commissions from this week. I want to try to get 4 done each week for awhile. I burned myself out on commissions at the beginning of the year, but I think the issue was that I had stopped seeing them as "my" art. Now I try to take my time and approach them the same way I'd approach art for myself, and it's helped a ton.

3. Aurelia (auction character design): Another character design auction this week! Again, you can check my Twitter to bid on her if you're interested. She's loosely based on the moon jellyfish, scientific name aurelia aurita. Originally the plan was for her body to be semi-transparent and glowing, but it didn't look great in practice so I ended up with a more flat color scheme.

Also in news mostly unrelated to art, I've lost 24 pounds in the past month and a half. :) Doing my best to be healthy and take good care of my body so I keep creating new stuff for many years into the future.
