ROUNDUP: January Week 1 (Patreon)

Hey, y'all! Here's my first weekly roundup -- gacha game waifus, some painting practice, and a character from the novel I'm writing.

1. Ganyu from Genshin Impact: I recently got back into the game and I've been having a blast with it. Completely free-to-play so far, and I was lucky enough to roll Venti back when I started. Fingers crossed for Ganyu on the next banner!

2. Izmir from Granblue Fantasy: I've always liked her as a character and as a design, and her 5-star uncap gave me an excuse to start using her on my Water teams again. Went for a softer, more detailed rendering style for this one and even though it took me almost 6 hours, I'm still not satisfied. Wanna keep playing around with that style in the future, though!

3. Noelle from Genshin Impact: Tried to keep this one more simple and just bring out the appeal of cute maid wearing pantyhose. Again, not satisfied with it, but I still love the character. :)

4. Original - Woman at Sunset: I based the background on a photo I took while out walking around town last fall -- we get some gorgeous skies around here. I tried to give it a more painterly look, but I need more practice!

5. Original - "young wolf": He's one of the protagonists of a novel I'm trying to write. I got sloppy and made some errors, but I think his overall vibe comes through nicely.
