February News (Patreon)

Hello everyone, it's been a while!

First things first, 0.6 is being developed and is getting there, albeit a bit slow. The reason for that is, well REASONS, this year has been plaqued unbelievably bad luck from the start. Since Christmas, my kid has been sick for *Not kidding* almost every other week as there's a flu season at the daycare. Well because of covid, every time he has a runny nose they send him home and that means that us, the parents need to stay off of work. And if he is not being sick, we are. In top of that there has been funerals, pets getting sick, constant covid tests and all this other crap that has prevented me from working normally. And it has left it's toll on me, it's kinda difficult to jump in and out from an artistic job and maintain that fire. Somedays I have felt like the universe is trying to make me quit.

But then I look at our Patreon, itch.io and other pages and see you. Our followers and fans, supporting us and keeping us up and running. All I want to say is thank you, from the bottom of my heart. We are going to get this done, even if it should've been done by now!

On a positive note, 0.6 is going to be something amazing. There's going to be a couple of new maps, one of which expands the lovely town of Beagleton! That's right, one of those pesky roadblocks is finally gone!

I want to do this right so even though we are slightly behind schedule, I don't want to rush it. So I can 100% guarantee that 0.6 will be worth the wait, and then some! Will be posting more teasers from the development at twitter so make sure to follow us there for all the news and tidbits.
