As far as I know, there are places where they sell food from SAO. I don't know if it's available all the time, but I do remember there are events here and there where they even sell those Asuna sandwiches. For dual wielding, I've mentioned this before at some point in Kat's reactions, it is possible for anyone to dual wield weapons. Even the anime shows someone dual wielding axes in the Silica episode. The problem is that you can only really use one at a time which means that the second sword basically turns into a shield anyway. The dual wield skill makes it possible to use both at the same time, giving the user special skills like Starburst Stream and Eclipse. Also, in the original web novel Asuna was the one that killed Kuradeel. I have that version translated in English but it really doesn't change much. And yeah, people try to make it seem like Kirito and Asuna weren't together for that long, but they definitely knew each other for a long time. They were together from Floor 1-25 before separating for a while. That's, I think, about a year worth of time. That's not including what's shown in the anime.

About Dual Wielding, it's a bit different. Having two weapons equipped in Aincrad is generally counted as a irregular equipment state, this could stop you completely from using sword skills. There are exceptions but generally you cant use sword skills with two weapons equipped. You can still use both weapons normally without sword skills but, as Sword Skills deal way more damage, add extra acceleration and bonus effects (e.g. the leap part of Sonic Leap ) and even assist in hitting the spot you are aiming for, the situations where two weapons without sword skills are more advantageous tan one weapon (and possibly shiel) with sword skills are very few.
