A lot of the later Heisei Era shows have some serious mood whiplash in certain episodes, so if you do continue watching more Kamen Rider beyond Build and Zero One, it's something to be aware of. Showa Era and Early Heisei Era Riders are typically more consistent with their tone, with the comedy not really undercutting a moment or suddenly cutting to a dramatic moment after a light-hearted one. Also, I don't remember if it has been explained or not, but Rider is typically divided into different Eras by the Japanese Imperial Calendar system, which is dictated by the current Emperor of Japan. So when Kamen Rider first started, it debuted during the Showa (SHOW-wa) Era, which took place from 1926-1989. The Heisei (HEY-say) Era started in 1989 and ended last year, 2019. During the Heisei Era alone, there are 20 different Kamen Riders seasons, which equates to 1 a year for 20 years from 2000-2019. This brings us to the current Era of Japan, the Reiwa (RAY-wa) Era, which began May 1st, 2019, and thus we have a new Era of Riders to follow. Zero One is the first of his generation, hence the name, followed by Saber, which is the current season of Kamen Rider. - Rider on the Discord

And the plot thickens with revelations, new secrets and character development. These episodes were great in setting the lore for Build and in showing a more compassionate side of Banjou. I look forward to the next reaction sets for potential answers but probably more questions instead but I'll let you 2 be the judge of that.
